Fast and technically able. His reaction time is great and is able to intercept passes for turnovers. Kinda play like Timber but I assume this is the kind of fullback that Arteta wants in his team. Has enough pace and is physically solid, seems like he can also play as a Saliba type but LCB. Able to use both his feet. Really like this signing of it happens.

His man-marking ability is there to be seen. Extremely young. Very astute signing if we can get it over the line.

Potential is there definitely, definitely passed the eye test. Would welcome him to Arsenal.

The fact that they covered leftback position doesnt mean they will stay there forever....the club is looking for a leftback this transfer. Saliba has multiple back ups....we have Timber and White as a cover. There's a reason Arteta and Edu are signing players who can play several positions even this guy Jorrel Hato can play centreback and leftback

The fact that he can play as a left-back is an added bonus for tactical flexibility and emergency cases (injuries). I only say that because there's a reason why Gabriel was dropped at the start of the season; I think his head was turned and he may still want to leave the club for a much bigger salary. Kiwior is also another rumoured to want to leave the club for more playing time. So that left centre-back position is going to be an important position in the transfer market. But now that I think of it more, Arteta could move White back to the center alongside Saliba, like he did at the start of the season. Timber at right-back and Hato at left-back looks like something he may envision. Yea, maybe you're right, either way, Hato looks like a great player and would love him to be at Arsenal.

Not entirely sold on him. Too many rash slide tackles, those could very easily get him a RED in the EPL.

if arsenal press higher as expected, he looks tottaly useless maybe a CB...
