Jordan Rakei makes a soulful track from scratch | Beat from Scratch
Музыка
Neo soul producer Jordan Rakei makes a soulful track from scratch in Logic Pro from his synth-heavy London studio. Layering drum samples, keys and vocals, Jordan shows us how he makes his music from an empty session to a full arrangement.
Our new series Beat from Scratch is a unique insight into an artist's creative process in the studio. Starting from a blank session, each artist builds a track from scratch in their own style, exploring everything from drum and synth programming to mixing, arrangement and more.

Tip for FL users, throw your sampled drum break into fruity slicer and try the different slicing methods, then use the piano roll to make your own custom breaks
His studio looks so humble, but in fact is foqin spaceship.
Absolutely insane. The speed of light. Enlightenment I am the witness of a genius. Someone else? 😂 Thanks 🙏🏽✨✨✨
Did anybody else think Jordan was having a breakdown at 13:47? Like he couldn't come up with a vocal melody or something so the camera just sat there in silence. 😂
