If you are reading this, remember, that reading, listening, and learning without taking action are just another form of time-wasting. Forget about motivation and inspiration. Habits are more dependable. Habits will sustain you whether you’re motivated or not. Become fanatical about good habits and watch the world around you transform. All the best to you!

Thank you for your time and effort in creating this video compilation to help all of us. As a professional Instructional Designer, I know there are studies on both sides that say including music or not including music as a backing track to digital learning can add or take away from cognitive processing. I'm more on the side of it producing cognitive overload with content such as this where one is trying to concentrate and grasp alot of points rather than say adding music to a light info dissemination content. I personally found it difficult to concentrate on what was being said and unconsciously process the music as well. Some studies have shown that one can overload the auditioral channel when you have both verbal and music as they both require auditory processing. Just some suggestions, but I definitely appreciate your time in creating this thank you! ~~Blessings~~

Pressuring oneself to be something or pursue financial success, where all that is gained is lost in death, also causes existential crisis. Better to find a good medium of growth and enjoyment, relative financial stability, and allow the way you sustain yourself to provide more benefit to the world than what you take, as the world will still exist but you will not. The egoic journey of self focus is the core existensial issue. The pressure we feel to achieve that harms us when we do not is the battle between what we know is true, the inevitability of death, and of course the lie of social status and wealth accumulation. The lie that we are special or important, or could be, in a world where we are all of the same substance, the same value, and all will die in time is simply that. Live not for the lie, but live in peace, harmony, and sustain yourself and others. Be happy with little and be grateful, embrace nature, and have a beer on the beach friends.

Perhaps it isn't about gaining anything, or reaching any particular destination, but the actual process of becoming somebody, of achieving success. Perhaps a more worthwhile life to live is that in which one encounters but successfully overcomes many obstacles (and gets rewarded for overcoming those obstacles with wealth, accolades, success) than one in which one is easy-going, just having a peaceful conflict-less life. Think about why we are on this earth. We are not on this Earth to harbour as much as we can for ourselves, that much I am confident you are correct about. A life spent in the blind chase of material goodies could very well be a wasted one. But we also aren't here to abide in tranquility and peacefulness, our evolutionary instincts exist to propel us forward, towards never-ending expansion. There might not be any goal to reach, anything to acquire, but we as humans are certainly built to keep propelling forwards to our arbitrary goals.

  • @logiconlyzone

@@khuzaymahqureshi639 There is no innate requirement or need to overcome an obstacle. Its actually a process defined by distraction. The obstacle or challenge is a diversion toward the ego. The ego wants survival, where it is not possible to survive. So I encourage a higher path as I described above. Inner peace and acceptance is a path that seeks to relinquish this desire as animals to survive. We are more than an animal, and can let go of that side of us, rather than embracing it, as you suggest.

I never had a sleep routine until this year even though I've read countless books harping on about how important it is. Don't ignore this advice. My old way: Go to bed anywhere between 11.30 -12.30. Alarm set in the morning so I only have me 30 mins to shower, skip breakfast and run out the door (stressed) to work. I would begin feeling awake (kind of) hours later and have very low energy all day. Come home, do very little because I'm too tired. Repeat. New way/routine: On week days, bed at 10.30 and wake at 6.30. That pretty much gives me 8 hours sleep, plenty of time to workout at home (30mins), meditate for 10mins, relax having breakfast, shower and get ready for work (completely stress free). Wide awake all day, feeling more accomplished/in control, feeling happier. More energy to do things post work. It all starts with the sleep routine. If I don't do it, everything falls apart - the workout doesn't happen, I'm feeling sluggish again, I feel like crap. Do you see yourself in me? Well if you did, I wrote this just for you! I challenge you to try this for 1 week and comment below so others see your success too. You might (will) change your life for the better and help others do too. Wouldn't that feel good.

There are probably 100 problems in your life that makes you have uninterrupted disastrous thoughts, causing you to feel this way. Id say, pick 1 problem, break it down into subproblems (while ignoring the other 99 problems) create sub solutions, integrate and automate subsolutions into your life while interrupting negative thought patterns (i.e. focus on the solution that you implement, not on the negative thoughts like "what ifs", "this is hopeless" or the other 99 problems) and then once that problem is closed, move onto the next one. This is incremental progress

Hey man, there is always good times and bad times, that is how life works kind of. What you can do is make the best out of both, make your bad times more bearable (you do that mentally, and watching JP videos is a great way to learn this) and make your good times even greater. But never give up just because you're undergoing a bad part of your life, there is so much more to come. Improve yourself and live the life you want. I don't know if there are dms on youtube, but if you wanna talk or something, feel free to message me.

Death is the end all be all. Think like this, if death itself doesn't bother you, use that as your starting point. Let yourself feel liberated that mentally you have reached the low breaking point. Make it through the day like you're going to die tomorrow. Do whatever you want, think whatever you want because you've already allowed yourself the worst possible consequence one could receive. Allow yourself to not feel or allow yourself to feel. Just be. You always have the option of ending things. This is how the stoics believe and it has helped me out of suicide myself. Would you worry about pain if you could instantly administer morphine? Probably not. Why worry about life when you can always instantly administer your own death?

Quick question, what is his or his daughter’s monthly budget on food every month. Seems like whenever I do a paleo, keto, low carb type diet, it’s really expensive to maintain.

That's because you don't have to do paleo, keto, low carb, and any other fad diet if it's not practical for you. Just eat a balanced diet (count calories if you have to); have enough protein, carbs, fat, micronutrients, fiber, workout regularly and consistently and you're all set. Find something that's sustainable for you. Don't get into diet hypes. Don't get too focused on one small thing. Don't miss the forest for the trees. Cheers!
