After that play Matt LaFleur had to decide whether to kick a field goal or go for it and Darnell Savage told him "I got you coach." Basically on behalf of the defense he said "go for it, and the defense will back you up so you don't regret it if you don't convert." And so on 4th and 3 in field goal range, they go for it and Jordan Love throws it to Aaron Jones for a touchdown. That's not just Jordan Love having confidence in his own abilities. That's faith from this whole team to rally behind him, but he is Him and he will make it work out.

Watch carefully when Dillon rushes, he for whatever reason has a bad habit of putting his helmet in o lineman's backs he has holes he just doesn't hit them, Jones is far more explosive and avoids contact that's why he looks better in general, the o line is top three in football and bak and Jenkins haven't played much it'll only get better

To be fair, some of his best throws were dropped by the wr. He's made some top-tier passes that were dropped. One thing I'm impressed most with his play is his anticipation. He regularly throws before the wr hits their break on crosses and slants anticipating where they will be and puts the ball there. One thing I'm not pleased with is the long ball. It's common knowledge that it typically takes longer than short ind mid ranged passes. Those are typically timing based while the deep ball is wr speed based so it takes more reps to know where they'll be. If the progress Love makes on the deep ball is the same he's made overall, when he gets it down, the packers are going to be very impressive and dangerous.

I was hoping you would show some of his incompletions, some of his best passes were incompletions due to people dropping the ball or insane defense. That pass to Wicks in the end zone that was broken up comes to mind. perfect ball placement, immaculate timing, it hit Wicks right in his hands but he just couldn’t secure it
