yea I even said in the video I know there are much better reps out there if you spend more money, but a lot of people don't want to spend $135 on a pair of fakes so this video was just for the average consumer

@@JoshDominic usually love your uploads but this is skewed, if you want to do ‘apples for apples’ you should give people the best option from MR hou, coco etc and say there are other cheaper alternatives. Point being if you show them what’s out there for $140 reps vs $1000+ retail resell prices they can make a informed decision based on best batch or quality. As someone that has 3 pairs of Mr hou reps of these, and owned the retail pair there is barely any difference in terms of quality, shape, comfort and features, and if I was in the market to buy a pair that’s what I’d want to hear or see, not be shown a ‘budget’ pair with huge flaws. IMO that would have been a more factual upload.

I'd rather buy a pair of 1:1 reps with the same materials as retail and give my money to Mr. Lee on China than giving my money to a disgusting botter who copped 20 pairs on release day, NO PAIR OF SHOES IS WORTH RESELL, specially super hyped ones

Good video Josh! I stopped paying "resale" about a year ago when I got a pair of rep Travis 1 lows and they were pretty much 1:1 compared to my retail (ahem resale pair LOL). I sold my retail and started to rock the rep. I despise botters, resellers, & hypebeasts LOL!!!!!

A really obvious one I don’t think you pointed out, the fake pair has the wrong tooling code (it has the one from the high tops). The tooling code on the lows is 358. I do agree with some other posters, the high quality reps cost more than $45 and would be interesting to see a comparison with a high quality one.

I bought high quality reps, cleaned em up a little bit. And then bought real ones. The only difference I could find was the code as well. Everything else was identical.

DHGate? Yeesh lol, your boy went for the cheapest fakes! You should do another vid but with one of the HQ reps, when I used to be in the rep game I was blown away by how close they could be to retail. Great vid.

So glad I hit at retail and don’t have to worry about getting a fake pair. Right now we may see very different but as time passes they will get better and better

Help, what is the insole of the real one feels. I just bought mine at a sneaker boutique. Tried it on and the Nike air in the soles came off like a sticker ! Felt the other pair and it feels like someone just stamp a sticker to it. But everything else looks good :(
