sobriety and success are two different things, i have been clean off heroin for almost 2 years. and it is IMPOSSIBLE to stay clean w/o christ. i love Jonny, and i will keep praying for him. and so should all of you, instead of looking behind him, look at what he has to loose...his life. fame is just 1 more empty pursuit that will never satisfy, like heroin. Jesus fills that hole! i love you jc

yea, That is the deal. To put the Truth to it, before i was saved and had Jesus in my heart i was clean off the needle for 11 months, (and said the same thing, "i dont need Jesus to do this....i got this) then when the inevitable relapse happened, The world got dropped on my head, and the floor pulled from under my feet because i had invested everything i had, all my confidence into myself. when that failed... i was more lost than ever... i say this cause i care. and it would be foolish of me to have lived this and not share truth where truth needs proof. If you ever want to talk more about anything, H, other adiction, Jesus email me....nsammut0616@gmail.com Lord Bless you

Nicholas Sammut In a euphemistic way, what you are essentially saying to people who struggle with addiction is this, 'either believe what I believe, or you're doomed to failure'. Don't you see the how sick that is? What you have written here could easily be read as malicious and as moral blackmail. You're simply wrong, just because it worked for (great if it did) doesn't mean it's the only way. Far from it, in fact. Many people kick drugs and stay off them for a multitude of reasons and with varying methods of rehabilitation. Don't you think you're jumping the gun a bit too? You still have the rest of your life to manage this thing, and I wish you the best of luck. Do me a favour and don't presume to know what's best for everyone else, and don't blackmail struggling people into abandoning their intellectual integrity, either. Thanks.
@SpencerAnnis

I think Nicholas is right. I was praying for jonny through all of that mess, and so were a lot of the other bands/friends/family he was around at the time. I'm not trying to push this on anyone. All I'm saying, and i think what Nicholas is saying, is that I believe in God for what he has done in my life. I know for a fact he is there. So many things were done, I know couldn't have been from my own strength. We are just human, we fail but God is there and he does love us. It would be amazing to hear jonny profess something like that, cause I know he was brought up Christian, and went athiest, but now who knows.

Okay? And?… He’s literally the greatest vocalist of all time…. I guess if popularity equals talent, or god given ability.. you can chalk the island boys up as better, no? Or shit any mainstream artist of today, your pick.

@@MikeMoKnowsThoseHos right. Dude is a hater lol Jonny is a pure legend one of the best to ever do it if not the best. Regardless of his fucked up choices, dude still has a fire voice
So much better live
come to Brazil
you can use a program called youtube downloader to download the video and then you can convert the video file to mp3

Holy fucking shit
2:40 best note ever
Whoop there it is thay was my brother!!!
holy fuck !
Does he always tour solo without a full band? I always see a drummer in videos or a bass player or guitar player but never a full band. Going to see in chicago in a couple months just wondering if he touring with full band
He remembered the words sick
I love his music, and I am trying to love him as a person. Last time I saw him, he was a heroin fiend, fueled by lust and selfishness. I really need to see more of his sobriety and success. I wish him the best, and hopefully a return to San Antonio at some point.

36:21 shout out to the dude in the background hitting the note from the song 😂😂
JC is the fuckin man
sobriety and success are two different things, i have been clean off heroin for almost 2 years. and it is IMPOSSIBLE to stay clean w/o christ. i love Jonny, and i will keep praying for him. and so should all of you, instead of looking behind him, look at what he has to loose...his life. fame is just 1 more empty pursuit that will never satisfy, like heroin.

Thanks.

It would be amazing to hear jonny profess something like that, cause I know he was brought up Christian, and went athiest, but now who knows.
it's been way too long my god.
53:35 i like how he traded in his mullet for a reverse mullet lmao no srsly, he should bring it back
