For me, he would probably do that for the heavier weightclasses, like Middleweight to Heavyweight. But i don’t his skills will match up well with the likes of the LW, BW, and FW.

I wasn’t a fan of mma way back when Bones was killing it, but since I got into mma I’ve watched his replays. I can see why he was the best fighter because he knows instinctively how to win and what moves to make and when to make them. He’s clinical and vicious too. I’ve no doubt Bones will win.

Weight training, muscular endurance, explosiveness(fast twitch muscle fibers), swimming, and all the other cardio regimes he mentioned….even mentioned CrossFit how he will beat other UFC fighters if they were to be an event. Seems very poised, relaxed and confident, smells like a victory to me. And the new!

Jones also wasn't great in his latest fights so he would have had to improve while also going up in weight, very difficult thing.
