Dan, I just wanted to say that your films have inspired me so much! I first saw GGLS about 3 years ago. I’m thirteen. After I watched the film, I saw the making of documentary. Now i have started my own Spidey fan film (based off of the thrill of the hunt) and am almost ready to start filming. I just wanted to say thank you. P.S. is there a way online to see the full “the quick and the dead?”

SpideyBlue Baker - Wow, thanks so much for taking the time to let me know! That’s awesome! I am always humbled and amazed that my video from the early 90’s has any impact at all, let alone inspiring anybody. Hey Dan, I’m a huge, huge fan. I recently heard your name brought up regarding a fan film by Bruce Cardozo titled “Spider-Man Versus Kraven the Hunter”. A KZread video mentioned that they heard you speak in a podcast about the film being personally screened to you. Is that true and can you tell us anything about the lost film? Thanks!

I appreciate the interest but unfortunately that project never fully materialized. I was trying to bring issue #311 of The Amazing Spider-man to life but it was way too ambitious. We shot some stuff in a warehouse with a costume and fog machine but the rest of it never came together. The best shots of it are all in the trailer. Sorry to disappoint!

@@only1dp that's fine but i imagine that you found your spider-man costume rebuild in your attic or something. If you find your 1990's spider-man suit this will be amazing!

Dan do you have the Spiderman vs bullseye video you recorded before TGGLS? (I think it is called The quick and the dead). It would be awesome to see it entirely and not only the fight scene

Thanks for the compliment! I would love to do something else with Spidey someday but Marvel seems like they've got it covered these days! I haven't seen any Fan Films in a while but I am looking forward to seeing Homecoming.
