Great vid, but these specs are messed up. There isn’t a 158 9000S and I presume Garrett is on a 156 9000S? Also it looks like Jeremy is riding the Orion bindings.

Is the stance width usually from centre of binding or inside to inside?

@@JonesSnowboardsVideos I've got a 154 on the way, so I was stoked to see Jeremy on it! My specs are similar: 172cm, 80kg, size 8 boot... not as much skill obviously, but I'm a bit heavier so it should be an easier ride.

How crazy would it be to be out on the hill and run into Jeremy Jones. That would definitely be an absolutely epic day having the opportunity to ride with the legend himself.

The Freecarvers are both wider boards as standard in their design. You can head to the product pages in the video description to see the exact width measurements of each model and size.

Appreciate the deets on width angles weights etc. And great vid! would like to hear opinions of heavier riders. I'm 5'10" and 188lbs no fat. Strong core. Like to carve fast bomb and snake few turns but may want to tighten everything up on a 6000 if its pure camber no serrated no 3D, good at eating chatter (hey I'm there for the day) and great core materials for energy and longevity.

Having been all my life (30+years of snowboarding) on alpine narrow rigid boards, I'd love once to try out one of these new concepts, they seem fun, agile, and still perfectly able to carve very well. Will they ever be available to try out in Europe?

So I'm seriously considering one of these boards, but don't have the money for both. I like both styles of carving, so would like to do both with 1 board. My question is: what would be easier. Making large turns with the 6000s or making smaller turns with the 9000s. I'm an experienced rider and my current board is the Flagship 2016. Thanks in advance! Edit: forgot to add --> length 189cm, weight 81kg, shoe size US11.5

Both boards are designed to excel at their style of carving, but if you can only choose one board the 6000 might be the one for you. Jeremy is riding the 6000 in this video to give you an idea of how it handles in all mountain conditions.
