I believe that's an indication of a person who is sincere about what he's doing, not self-centered or just working an agenda as so many are today. Jonathan Roumie, I believe is a truly, sincere Christian, if he's not, he's an AWESOME ACTOR. I love the series The Chosen, waiting anxiously for Season Four 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽

He always does

He has done the best portrayal of Jesus Christ in film I have ever seen, bar none. When I watch him in The Chosen, I forget he is an actor and really feel like I am seeing what life could have been like for our Savior. I am so glad they casted him for this role.

I have gotten closer to God and Jesus from this show. I am a Christian, however this allows us to see Jesus as the man. If preachers would do more of this type of "teaching" instead of preaching, more people would be receptive, I believe. So thankful to be allowed to see this.

Every single episode has made me cry. It is the most amazing show I have ever seen!❤❤😊😊. Jesus did change the world.

So true that anyone, believer or not can connect to at least one episode or one character.

GENTLE AND HUMBLE are the true interpretation for "weak and lowly". Jesus is absolutely not weak or lowly. (So Jonathan is doing a great job bringing those character points out) 💯

Jonathan speaks so clearly of that which can not be spoken. God working through all of us we do the best we can in His name. ❤

Jonathan is a very humble, God fearing and Kingdom building man and that is very very rare in his profession these days. God definitely has His hand in this production. That's easy to see as a believer and I would say that those that see this show are waking up for the first time to really understand who Jesus is and how He changed the world. Jonathan's acting is powerful and you just know God's guiding him. He is a huge part of a show and a story that's been told in the Bible and done to some degree on the small and big screen. But it's never been told in living color like this show tells it. Jesus is telling us, hey looky looky. I'm coming soon and I'm giving you one more chance to see My story. But this time it's a different perspective that you really need to pay attention to. This show puts a fire in you so that you as a child of God yearn and fall in love with your creator. People are getting it. If you never cracked open a Bible or learned about the Gospel, this show will put you on the path to need (not want) to learn more. All of the acting is superb. None of the actors are A listers, but as I said God has His hand in it and has made them A listers and everyone that is part of this show, top of their game. Everyone is seriously that good. If you get the "The Chosen" app, you get to see what Director Dallas Jenkins calls "how the sausage is made". You get to see how this show is really a big family. The kicker is not everyone are believers and those that are believers are from all from different denominations. Tell me that's not divine intervention. Especially with so much division today. Watch it for entertainment, but I'm telling you, it could change your life.

I am thankful that I came across this TV series when browsing to learn more about Angel Studios. The way it's crafted is truly remarkable and it's touching hearts and souls everywhere. Kudos to everyone who's involved in this project! 🙏

I couldn't stop watching the Chosen I cried smiled stop and pray to God, I've been a Christian my whole like I grew up catholic n as young girl I've played Mary Mother of Jesus during Christmas ( the Birth ) and Easter ( Death n resurrection) I know the story of Jesus like the back of my hand, I downloaded the app for Chosen almost a year ago watched like 5 minutes then stopped few months later watching 10 minutes cuz the back of my mind I'm thinking I know the story so why watch couple days ago I decided to idk why to start watching again n couldn't stop didn't even wanna take a bathroom break nor eat something I was glued I cried, smiled , something was different cuz it's like I'm in Jesus's presence I could feel it sounds crazy when he healed the leper I cried n paused the show n looked to heaven n said " God if you're willing make me whole, Jesus if you did it for the leper you can do it for me too" I have limited mobility I walk but with difficulty sometimes needs aid like a cane, I believed in my heart in that moment that I won't be needing assistance anymore

It is hard to convey temporally, but I think Jonathon, in this very time and place, in playing the role of Jesus so vividly (with Dallas’ direction); was destined for this part within God’s plan for revealing His Divine Mercy to the world- a world so desperately in need of God. The show crosses many borders and belief systems, it is universal in appeal.

Amen! The conversion to the love of Christ is indeed a transformative and fulfilling path. It brings joy, faith, and hope as we strive to follow His teachings and example. In His love, we find satisfaction for our hunger and thirst for love, for nourishment, and for meaningful work. It is a reminder for each of us to always stay close to Him, for He has the power to do all things and bring about positive change in our lives. May we continue to walk this path with gratitude and devotion.
