This is so powerful! It is so easy to allow the Lordship of Jesus overshadow His servanthood. He came to serve the world. That much is palatable to us... but to personalize it... Just wow.

Soooo good. The Lord’s been showing me what rest looks like in the everyday. So easy to strive. Resting is so worth it though!! Love what he was saying about our ministry being an overflow of resting in the Father.

This is sooo true and a lesson I learnt the hard way after burnout! Not resting sufficiently is actually an indication that something is seriously wrong in our motivations for why we do what we do! Rest is such a gift I now readily and regularly embrace

I do think Yeshua HaMashiach would have washed his hands before cooking & eating. It's called Netilat Yadayim, seeing that was a Jew of the tribe of Judah, king of Kings and lord of Lords.
