He actually was supposed to sing in the original movie. The song was called Her Voice which was supposed to talk about Ariels voice the one who saved him because he’s confused but it sadly cut off. So hopefully we can get him singing in the live action 😌

@@joselynquinonez544 What? Prince Eric was never supposed to sing in the original movie. Alan Menken and Howard Ashman never wrote a song for him. 'Her Voice' was written only in 2007, for the Broadway adaptation. Considering that Disney never uses Broadway songs in live-action remakes, Alan Menken and Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote 4 new songs for the movie. Jonah won't sing "Her Voice".

@@Iden_Elihio_1999 haha yeah that’s true, it can be very entertaining! I think it could be a good way to further show Ariel as a fish out water (get it? Fish out of water! Sorry…😅) to let Eric and the rest of the humans be british if Ariel and the mermaid all have an american accent. It’s a subtle way to show that she really has travelled to a new part of the world. But knowing Disney, I think he’ll be american🤗
