Jones arguably lost to Reyes close match. There are times when Jones looked beatable. Also that one against swedish tall dude forgot his name. Nowhere close to goat, he beat 4 names worth mentioning out his 27 wins. The rest were cans hand picked to pad his record. Not to mention he was the biggest weight bully in ufc. And on top of that he had hardly any titles defences. Jones has him beat with even half of his record

The competition thing is a fact, but you can only fight what's in front of you. Everyone wanted Jones because you win and you get the title. Khabib's opponents, while he was en route to the title, knew what they would face, and he struggled to get matched. Surprise surprise, there's nuance to pretty much everything 👍

Jon is an unbelievable fighter. All those great fighters he fought would’ve thought he’s going to be scared fighting us, they just had no idea how good he actually is and how nasty he can be when the mood suited. There wouldn’t be many of them that ever wanted to fight Jon again. Cormier pride sent him back in there twice more but did he believe he would win? I know how good he was but he knew how good Jon is.

When people start talking about the 🐐 they always immediately say GSP and Jon but completely forget Anderson Silva. Fought in middleweight and light heavyweight. Middleweight champ, 16 consecutive wins with 10 title defenses. Obviously he was never the same after breaking his leg but you can definitely still argue that he can be the 🐐

Yeah because roids influence your fight IQ, Jon was always massively talented. He turned pro after 5 months of mma training and 4 months later he made it to the ufc

100% true Jon has beat more champs. He also has fights where he got beat up and people thought he lost compared to khabib. He also has more positive PED tests than khabib. Completely different resumes indeed.

They are both great fighters in different ways. Jon Jon has many physical advantages such as his reach, and his framing. Khabib has no such advantages and his fighting ability comes strictly from discipline. However, although I’m a huge Khabib fan I have great respect for Jones in the way he speaks about Khabib and doesn’t insult him. Characteristics of a real man.

He wanted to see what Connor could do, or if Connor could try to knock him out. 👊🏾😎… my overall point was the man’s complete dominance, whereas Jones has had multiple really really close fights. 💯

first of all thats not true. khabib lost rounds in his career, he lost round 3 against mcgregor. of course we never saw a single scratch on his face because 90% of his fight is in ground and out of all his 13 fights in the ufc only 3 of his opponents had a name in the ufc. Jon Jones is a much more complete fighter, if not the most complete fighter ever.

He’s not wrong, the GOAT of GOATS.

Jon Jones started way earlier in the UFC. Khabib was on a whole diff level and tournament. I think you cannot compare the 2. They are 2 complete diff fighters and extremely good at what they do.
