No way, deadass? I saw it live but the only angle u could see was Gane being choked out. That makes the submission even funnier.

So many have so severely underestimated the fact that Jones is a natural combat genius! Along wirh that having plenty enough size and athleticism makes him extremely hard to stop!

So disrespectful to Gane. Jones was gone for so long and left on bad terms. Gane worked so hard to get to a title fight. Dana and the UFC totally used him as a sacrificial goat. I'm happy for Jon but I feel so bad for Gane. I think Jon should've have had to work hard like everyone else does.

He took three years off came back and took on the number 1 contender and beat him in 2 minutes without taking any damage at all. You think it’d be any different if he had to fight others before getting the title shot? All it would’ve been was speed bumps and everyone knows it including Dana. Since he knew it was inevitable that Jones would win the title ufc will sell more ppv with Jones as the champ so why delay it

Gane was the NUMBER ONE contender and got treated like a toddler after Jones had 3 years off and put on 40 pounds and didn’t even look in good shape

When the fight first ended I was sitting there, just cracked open my beer like “damn, that’s it?” One of the more shocking finishes in recent memory, up there with the Leon Edwards head kick. When you look at it on paper, Jon was struggling with and going the distance against much smaller light heavyweights over 3 years ago. If you expected him to finish him in the first round tonight, you’re actually kinda crazy. Jon Jones was actually sort of an underdog in this fight

Hes not horrible at all. Everybody has things they go through. Jon was such a public figure that all of his dirty laundry was in the media. Whats really funny is, no one is perfect but you would think Jon killed someone. He didnt and what he did he did to himself. He learned and hes back.
