Right now there is no one taking electronica to places like this. TR/ST, Burial, Kishi Bashi and Porter Robinson try, but they don't achieve anywhere near this. This album has been a wonder. Its the first time music has really truly moved me in years.

Discord Being artists you mentioned definitely deserve a ton of respect in their own right though. Especially Porter Robinson, if you’ve ever seen his Worlds love show

They absolutely deserve respect. And I don't mean to discount them with my comment. I'd even add BICEP to that list. I just think Hopkins is in a whole other level.

The choir is absolutely amazing. Give me shivers every single time. Singularity is an incredible album. I've discovered Jon Hopkins quite recently (2 years ago) and he's now part of my weelky listening routine

The complexity of this song is what makes it probably the best song on the album.

I cried. Hopkins has taken me to places I never dreamt were possible

I always feel better after watching distopic sci-fi movies, they always make you appreciate reality alot more.

Audiowizualny spektakl pełną gębą. Nadal czekam na moment, kiedy na polskiej scenie muzycznej będzie można widywać takie arcydzieła, czy dźwiękowe, czy wizualne. P.S.: Czy poleciłby mi ktoś polskiego artystę, który brzmieniowo pasowałby do twórczości Hopkinsa, Emerego, Four Teta itp? Z przyjemnością bym się zapoznał :)
