When I was in high school (1978 before the age of fishing kayaks) I found a used 11' aluminum Jon boat for $75 and carried it everywhere on top of my AMC Gremlin (frog green 😅). I caught so many fish with that little boat.

I have a 10 foot John boat sitting in the backyard right now waiting on a little title work from the state and I’ll be on the water. What wheel kit did you get it would be perfect for what I’m trying to do. I don’t think my Jambo is ever going to see a boat ramp. Most of the places I’m going are going to be rough and I’ll be the first person there in decades if not, the first person at all😂😂

I bought two sets and added one on the front that steers..and have an extra just in case one breaks on the long hike down the ramp entrance lol

My first is a 9’6” jon big fish getter get back in those sticks the bass boys can’t reach still have alum flat bottom jus 17.6 60 hp Still a good boat have 12’ jon and an old lake river boat 11.6 for sale Nice to put in the back or on top of a camper or rack

Lots of those boats out there but no one ever has the title. Impossible to register unless you get lucky

In Oklahoma, all boats, no matter what kind, no registration is allowed 10 ft, and under. Any motor under 10 hp, no registration needed as well.

@@chuckstrong Thats awesome. Wish that were the case here in Fl. If it has a motor they want numbers on it. I can make a boat out of igloo coolers and as soon as I put a trolling motor on it, they want numbers. Its so dumb

Paid $150 for mine look up john boat dolly wheels they are sweet kind of expensive but its exactly what I needed having no trailer with a shortbed truck makes unloading my 10ft john boat easy they are light wieght easy to use and you dont have to remove them ever !

I think you need to register your boat if using any form of motor.
