I think it is a bargain for $300. Nice pool and larger than the usual studios I see. Add some color and put some pictures on the wall.

I'm looking for something mid to studio. Since i am trying to downsize from a house and shoveling snow and cutting grass. 😂 This looks perfect.

Thank you for the video. Small condo in a nondescript part of town. Two things struck me 1/ small TV's 2/ thin mattress (which would be uncomfortable for me). The furniture is definitely "budget". I think it's priced correctly. It's not a screaming deal.

It actually looks a lot nicer on video than what I've seen on Facebook Marketplace photos. A little nearer to beach road would be nicer but maybe that's reflected in the price. Hope your eye is on the mend.

Yes, I think prices drop a good bit once you cross 2nd road. Eye is almost back to normal. Thanks.

I think for the money its a good deal.

Looks like a nice apartment. The kids around is a deal breaker for me after my previous conviction unfortunately.

Hmm, the patchwork finish to the exterior looks like its flaking off in places, with lots of poor colour matching to lots of repairs would make me think twice. Don't want a slice of cladding coming down on me!😊

I have a couple questions: Do you know of a good teacher or school that would teach Thai? And is it true that going commando is illegal? That is such a weird law if it is true.

I'm actually in the process of finding a language school myself. A big factor for me is location. I dont want to go to the other side of Pattya a few days a week. I'll let you know what I find. Pete on Retreat just did some videos on his school. Check his channel out for info he has too. And yes, technically going commando in public is illegal.
