The price for rent for a condo in Jomtien/Pattaya is much cheaper when you rent for a longer term. Monthly rentals are cheaper and if you sign a year lease then the price per month is lower.

If you are planning to move to Pattaya you will do better to move in low season or don't make yearly contract in high season (October-May) just find a temporary place to stay for waiting low season. I am giving the lowest prices for available rooms at the video editing date. All prices are for yearly contract if you want the condonfor couple of months prices should be %15-30 than the yearly prices.

@@PattayaCityNotes I have seen the price of rents increase from what it was a few years ago - to the numbers I am seeing now. This is primarily because Chinese are buying condos - AND so are Russians (and some Ukrainians.). Look at what has happened on Phuket - Real Estate price wise - since the start of the Russian/Ukrainian War. The prices to buy properties (And rents) have gone up. So, Putin invaded both the Ukraine AND Thailand - Ha!
