Pizza looked amazing! But one thing i've found is they never put enough marinara sauce on the pizza in Thailand so its kinda like cheese and pepperoni on toast,... or dough lol

Maybe the best condo I've seen in this price range. Finally, a ROOMY living room. Those 35-50 square meter places are less of a condo and more of a rabbit hutch. I'll be retiring later this year in Thailand. Man, if you can find the time to show some 40-50K baht 2 BR units in the Jomtien area, would be interested. Also looking at pool villas. Keep up the good work. Subscribed.

I was in Phuket for a few months after the sandbox but then saw a great deal at The Base in Central Pattaya for 7000/month. I snatched it up! I've been here a month and love it!

Cheers G and F. A lot to be said for some of the older units as long as the build quality is up to a certain standard(soundproofing etc). A lot of the newer units are so small you would struggle to swing a cat around in it!.

Pattaya walking street is very close. 10 minutes on Baht bus

Is parki g free? In the Philippines you must buy a parking spot and its another $15,000 at the cheaper condos.

Lots of nice and cheap condos in Jomtien. The only problem is that when you're standing on the balcony of your condo you can see how polluted the ocean is. You can actually see waves of brown poo floating around. I don't know why they don't build a pipeline 3KM out to sea and dump it out there instead of on the shoreline.

Ok. I'm starting to notice something about pattaya condo videos. These guys always have gorgeous 'LEASING AGENT' females who really don't do a great job of selling the unit BUT when I go to other videos on their channel......THE GIRL IS THEIR GIRLFRIEND. 😂🤣😂🤣 These guys don't need to add their lady in the videos acting as LEASING agents. Maybe they are in sales. I just find it hilarious 😂

I can see how Grand Avenue and other central places are great for walking to lots of stuff, but are crowded and noisy. I also can appreciate how your new place down in Ban Amphur Beach is less likely to be crowded and noisy, but requires frequent use of a car, bhat bus, or Bolt in a daily routine. How well does a Jomtien or Na Kluea location allow for avoiding crowds and noisy late night rowdy folks on vacation but still offer lots within walking distance and access to public transportation? Pretty sure this place would have access to a Bhat Bus line.

I love Jomtien. That is a great location close to everything in Jomtien. No wild people there...they stay in central pattaya. Im very nutty about having quiet and can't stand the inconsiderate drunks you find central....Jomtien is mostly older people, couples or well behaved families...quite a few Scandinavian, Russian but everyone once again are very well behaved and considerate. You can go to walking street via baht bus for 10 baht...takes about 20 minutes if there's frequent stops or less if not. When I eventually move there I'd stay in either Jomtien or pratumnak. Also, I stayed right across the street from avenue apartments...great location but had to deal with wild, loud, obnoxious drunks every night yelling in hallways, in their rooms, blasting tvs, music and its not like im going to confront a drunk, younger aussie blocking punches with my face and body 😆

I know there are some who would curse you to spend an eternity in Hell for suggesting that pepperoni ( an American creation) belongs on a Neapolitan pizza, but I harbour a much less harsh opinion of those who prefer such abominations. 🤣
