The thing about a Joji concert is that you know he's not a high-level singer like those can hit the high notes and sing beautifully live on stage, you still wanna be there for the vibe, and all Joji songs are relatively easy to sing along, which is goosebump enough. The performer and the audience, all become one. Also he progresses well in the way he sings compared to those previous concert, knowing what he's capable of and adjusts it accordingly. Also the band really makes this whole show a highlight. I enjoyed the full 1 hour of this show. Wish I was there

Wouldn't say he isn't a "high-level" singer as he sings and performs very well. But I think we're so used to over-produced-singing that he's such a fresh wind. And he put's a lot of emotion into what he's doing so yes - like you say - people just can easily relate just like I do. Just wanna say: you put it well together in your comment.' Slow dancing in the dark' just shows the very special connection to the audience. And yes - the live band makes it so much more vibrant. I am glad he chose a band for his performance.

Beautiful set, Joji has definitely cleaned his vocals up. Only issue with this set compared to his performance in London, is that he allowed the sad songs to be sad. Rather than having the hype man in every track in this performance.

I can see how some people hate the hype man but I watched Joji live last year and the hype man was actually making us all hyped. Him being there is waaaaay better live than in a video. His voice doesn’t overpower the music as much as it does in this video

The thing is, if they just mixed him out here, this could be the best live recording of Joji to date. Just my humble opinion. Been a fan for years, and back then Joji couldn't sing as clearly as now due to his throat tissue healing from the early years. Also hypin durin the guitar solo is hella disrespectful.

It was an absolutely surreal experience, one I will never forget, truly the best day of my life. I finally got to see my #1 favorite artist; he even pointed and smiled at me! My friends were there to share this moment with me. I cried tears of happiness when it was over.. I never did that before! The whole crowd singing along with most of the songs made it that much more wonderful. Saw him again 3 days later in Amsterdam with my mom, this time with SavageRealm, Lil Toe and Rei Brown as supporting acts. It was a magical experience all over again. I lost my voice for a good couple of days but it was so worth it! Joji, I love you, you've inspired me and countless other people! (And you absolutely ROCK the mullet) - dude with the backwards cap, fanny pack and white shirt

brooo, the band adds so much to the music, i love this band version very much, hoping that joji could release this band version for all the songs that he sings here.

The original releases Joji has dropped have always been a hit and miss for me. "Run" was a surprise for me, I loved the guitar added to the track. When I listen to this live performance it makes me wish he keeps with the guitar/piano/drum live band aspect. Night Rider with the live band is such a cool ass sound, I've never heard the OG track but when I listened to it I definitely was disappointed with how empty it sounded compared to this performance. I just hope he releases a live album with a live band soon (preferably without the hypeman spam lmao).

Since he used to play and produce his own instrumentals of his songs he sure knows it's great to have a live band and his voice is improving he sings sooooo beautiful 😍 even tho studio versions have high note vocals his live vocals give a different vibe and of course the band ROCKS 🤩🤩🤩 that guitarist's solos are amazing and his deftones top 😏

Joji has an understated type of singing and he has great control of his voice, the kind that works on the type of song he's singing. Not everybody has to do acrobatics like Sam Smith. Definitely a great singer.
