I've been having panic attacks and high blood pressure as well as ear trouble when I sit down especially after getting up.. I was exposing myself to the absolute madness of America like body cam footage of the worst violence. My PTSD has much more control over my body than I thought but I actually have control over what I feed it. Growing requires energy. I will no longer feed this beast. Joji has a very strange ability to take me to a better place. 1:47 AM and I've never felt better in the last 3 days. Joji's voice and music is more like medicine than just music. I love you man and I know you'll probably never see this but please know your music helped someone stay grounded another day. We all have options and today I feel like I want to stay on earth to get a lil more Joji. That's power. Love and respect Joji. Hope you are doing better yourself.

@@ryanwyrick6947 I can relate to your blood pressure rising and the irrational fear of heart attacks or heart problems. I recommend taking a hot shower when your blood pressure is high, as it can help you cool down afterward. This cooling effect can also aid in sleep, similar to why people recommend lowering the room temperature at night for better sleep. Personally, it makes me sleepy and works great. When I wake up the next morning after a whole night's rest, my blood pressure had always been back to normal due to the amount of time of the whole night. I'm a healthy teenager, but I used to have anxiety and elevated blood pressure. It was the anxiety, ruminating, and mentally exacerbating the situation that made it worse for myself. When my blood pressure increased, it caused my anxiety to rise, and vice versa. "1:47 AM and I've never felt better in the last three days" - yes, it does wonders for my mood; it uplifts me and pulls me out of overthinking.

In tongues is name of the EP (Album), it includes will he, demons, Worldstar money and more. Check the description for the playlist

His recent stuff is more polished. Better vocals, songwriting, and cleaner production. Chloe Burbank and In Tongues are my least favorite projects of his. I enjoy the Lo Fi production on his older stuff like we hear on In Tongues, but his singing is kind of awful at times and the lyrics aren't super deep like they are aiming to be. Bitter Fuck is one of, if not the worst song Joji has released. Sounds like something he would make for a Pink Guy album and really doesn't fit the vibe that In Tongues was aiming for. While I love Nectar and Smithereens (my two favorites of his, despite people shitting on Smithereens), I kind of hope he decides to release Ballads 2 and return to some of the more Lo Fi instrumentals. His improved singing and songwriting, coupled with better production in the style of his debut Ballads 1 album would be great in my opinion. (Also, I know Chloe Burbank is a fan made album of unreleased songs, but it's popular enough to consider one of his projects... kind of)

I remember listening to this full of cough syrup while laying with my current partner 6 years ago one of the first times we slept together back in high school. I still feel like these songs are a figment of my teenage dreams.
