In-person exam might be less confusing terminology. One way to become more comfortable in examination type situations is to get more experience of them by arranging some test. Interaction with other people improves by doing it more. I suggest you think carefully what is it that makes you nervous. Once you have a good idea about it and have narrowed it down to something concrete then you also might already understood what could be done about it.

I would like to add that economic situations and labor demand at specific jobs and for specific skill profiles is always changing. Some fields have more chronic shortages which last longer. Just graduating from some field like IT gives just the basic credentials for being considered. You also must have studied those topics which are relevant for the job position the employer and better have got some practice during your studies. In the field of Health Care, Nursing, there are also specialization opportunities. People who have just graduated are naturally new in their fields and juniors in that sense. Until they have accumulated more experience, they aren't the employers first choice, unless they have some junior positions to fill. Individual difference however can be relevant since some people do manage to accumulate relevant amounts of experience already during their studies. It is possible in some fields like ICT where there aren't similar regulatory limitations of what you can do before you are fully qualified as it is in health care.

Exams being easy or difficult is one thing but the seats in government funded programs are limited and no one can deny that. Applicants from around the world compete for those limited seats. I never meant that no one can make it to these programmes. I have always encouraged students to apply self but there are obvious reasons why one wants to go through agencies, be it students or be it the education providers like Laurea.

She did use some English in her presentation. I would expect that the choice of language was very intentional and calculated choice. I would dare to guess that they expect to have enough applicants to their program and using English could attract even more applicants. Just about nothing in life or world is without some resource limitations. Getting too many applicants could be counter productive for them. Just guessing, but might be something like that.

Hi, the tailor made program from Everest is for those applicants applying from the territory of Nepal as there will be physical entrance exam, it's possible for you only if you can come to Nepal for the entrance examination, which I think is rather unlikely. But thank you for reaching out!
