Okay so, storytime.
I wanted to cover this years ago, and I did make some decent progress. However, I was mixing this myself as however old I was, and I was not nearly good enough at singing to feel comfortable putting it out. My now-boyfriend kept encouraging me to continue, but I never would on account of my insecurity. Recently, I decided to commit and start the project again to surprise him for our one year anniversary! Me, big ol stupid dumb idiot, accidentally showed him the art for this video and ruined the surprise. I continued with the project though and I really hope you guys like it! This song is so fun and thank you to DMDC for sticking with me throughout this funky year we’ve had :)
