A lovely singer and song from a great era.💕💕💕
When I heard this song, my youthful past comes rushing into my memory. This is one of my faves!
One of my favorite singers since I was a teenager. I'm now 76 years old.
Johnny is such a great singer. I do not know why he didn’t get a lot of publicity.
What a classic song here from Johnny Tillotson as it brings back some good memories from the 60's indeed!

Wonderful memories of......2 young men and we will talk more.
The beautiful young lady in the video, is Johnny Tillotson's late daughter Kelli Tillotson whom sadly passed away in a tragic automobile accident back on May 19th 1991 at the tender age of 22 years. She was supposedly hit by a drunk driver near Lake Havasu, Arizona heading to a modeling gig somewhere in Arizona. Rest in Peace Kelli Tillotson born May 6th 1969 died May 19th 1991.

One of my favorite singers. Love this song by Johnny.
You can't go wrong with Johnny Tillotson. All his songs are great. I especially love this one and It Keeps Right on a Hurtin'. These two songs take me back to my carefree teenage years. Thanks for the memories KZread.
Nearly 55 years later still gives me the shivers. Wonderful.

What a fantastic trip I just experienced with Johnny leading the way. Boy do I remember those days as if they were somehow magically here again. One of the greatest voices in one of the greatest eras. Thank you all for sharing.as I was born in the 40's raised in the 50's and still loving the 60's.
Johnny Tillotson, still a great singer!!
Still very good to listen and enjoy. Over sixty years later it is a nice song, without profanity or mumbled words. And it is song not only spoken with music, like those hateful rap songs.
I was dating a beautiful sweet girl In 1963 and I loved her with all my heart and Jean and her parents moved away to Florida, It took a long time for me to ever get over that. She was 15 and I was 17, that kind of love lasts for ever no matter If you do move on with your life. I will always love you Jean !!!!
