Masterful question by Camille. Highlighting what some were thinking, but making a vast majority think, 'could she have done that?' Placed a seed of malice coupled with arrogance far and wide that she COULD have done that and was so disordered in her thinking she thought NO ONE would would notice. And, if they did they wouldn't dare question her about it. It was a remarkable fair play because it's stuff Heard does all the time in trying to derail proceedings to manufacture narrative. Camille flipped (in this case) reality back on Heard with insinuation.

I'd say he'd have had no issue with champagne/ drinks at his wedding, but a lot of people trying - struggling to get & stay clean - would never choose to be around any of it! The reality is he wasn't trying to be clean & sober. He wanted off the opiates. @michelleeverbling Their marriage therapist testified that she suggested they record "arguments" so that they could separately listen to them later once emotions weren't so high and figure out what went wrong and how to fix it. She is clearly used to telling people she didn't say what she said and repeating it until they either give up out of exhaustion or become convinced she was right and their mind was playing tricks on them; not only is this a common abuse tactic, it's also one she displays IN the recordings, it doesn't work so well on a whole room full of people or a world-wide audience because only the small portion of people who both are already primed to believe her and refuse to listen to anything to the contrary will actually fall for it (anyone else who questions it will have other people confirming they heard correctly and are not crazy).

If she really believed her stories were factually true, she could have made a police report. She knew the difference between lying to People Mag and lying to police. May 2016 Hollyood Reporter said that AH attorneys said AH had given a statement to LAPD. We know that there was no police report that would have opened a LAPD investigation. I conclude that maybe AH divorce lawyers believed her story at first but AH knew that would not survive a professional investigation.

Her relationship with Johnny like the other men she dated were for money & status. If you look at her pattern most of the men were more powerful than she is, if you will, celebrity wise. So she gets off on tearing them down. She takes joy in making them feel like nothing therefore giving her power over them. A perfect example of this is when she withheld JD’s withdrawal medication. She enjoyed the control she had over him. She relished it. Now contrast that with the women she dates. Every woman she dates is a relative unknown so she would be the powerful one in the relationship. She has the control. She has the name recognition. So if we had a look behind closed doors at those relationships I believe we would see a different dynamic while still having the domestic violence aspect to it.

In the 1st one, when she's telling about him ripping her dress & her panties...she stops, waits a beat, & then says, "Uh, off..."No way. AND she's maintaining eye contact with the jury the ENTIRE TIME! Someone who has been thru the crap she's describing, there is not a soul on this earth that would maintain eye contact throughout such descriptive actions having been done to them! It's already super bothersome she ping pongs back & forth from the question (atty) & the jury. It annoyed them that she did that so can you imagine how anyone on that jury felt that had potentially ever been thru anything remotely relatable felt when she seemed to look down at them to tell them what went down - her version. There's no way one word of any of that was truthful & it was impossible to think differently. I've been a Depp fan for a LONG time but when the VA trial was starting & I noticed it, I hadn't seen him in anything or anything about him for quite some time. Honestly, I had no clue who she was & didn't even know he'd gotten married. I automatically assumed he was the guilty party. It seemed a no brainer. I've heard of others who went to the trial in support of her for similar reasons BUT having begun to hear testimony, they left the trial & I WAS GLUED fascinated with this horrible woman, where she came from, & HOW he'd possibly dealt with such a horror --- YEARS OF HORRORS! I felt SO badly for him! He's such an honest, generous, soft-spoken guy - WHO could be so cruel? She could, apparently, & her host of horrible friends who were nearly as bad albeit not physical! Good Lord, to have had the opportunities they had bu then, I guess they made out as I do believe Heard paid each & everyone of them to lie for her. After which, THEY SPLIT ON HER! All but her pitiful sister~ She did this to that poor man in Mexico. He was in therapy fr yrs (likely still is) & had to resign from acting due to the abuse she put him thru. I did wish he'd spoken up before the trial but I get why he wouldn't. He was deeply harmed by her & admits he can't even talk about her --- at least not yet. And she DID have another location thru much of the time she & JD were together! She made him continue to pay rent on her apt for quite some time. It came up in their divorce when she insisted she was able to live with her own means, which she never was,& it came out he was STILL paying for the apt. In every picture I've ever seen of her with someone, JD, Franco, Musk - she hangs on them, has to have her hand/arm/whatever to maintain lack of separation. She has serious control issues as well as total lack of self-control & self-esteem!

@kimkhamis6420 I get that theory from their net worths having been shown. If true, how would ANY of those people attain remotely a mill ea? Jewelry sales/ yoga teacher, chef, sorta, IO was never sure what he did, & Whitney didn't do anything. Some office job & got married. Where would they ea get $1M net worth without her payment? But then, I also believe she was a recipient of some of the stolen funds from TNG listed, tho not named, in the balance sheets they were required to give for court. TheRealLauraB showed these papers at one point ... been so long I don't recall exactly what those who rec'd, $10M (I think it was) were referred to as. They had a set of pet names, but with her spending, budgets, etc. there's no way she didn't blow thru that $7 M in no time (considering she racked up over $10M in court costs BEFORE she ever took the ins policies out.) It's been a while since I studied all this, but that was my theory. I wholeheartedly believe she was in cahoots with the TNG theft & a recipient of some of the goods they stole. I'd have to go back & revisit all that & I really have no desire to do so. We all know she uses trusts & possibly other financial vehicles to hide monies but I found it humorous she had a net worth of $500K BEFORE buying & refurbishing the house in Spain, yet had a net worth of $500K AFTER all that, as well!! None of it is certain & we'll never know for sure, but that's where that theory comes from.

Her attitude during the deposition is frightening and haughty, compared to her trying to woo the jury and the cameras in the trial. I watched the trial every day and was so uncomfortable and felt so cringy seeing her behavior. I didnt believe her. And then afterwards with how she acted like we didn't hear what we heard from her own mouth was so frustrating. Theres a lot of recordings that didnt make it in the trial so I'm glad they play some here. It shows how friggin scary she is, she didnt need much help but she sure did show us what it looks like to lie on the stand and pretend to be a victim rather than the abuser. Its obvious. Im glad the whole nation knows shes an abuser. I feel bad for her daughter. She didnt go through pregnancy or delivery, so I worry that she wanted it for the wrong reasons and not to actually be a good mother. Vanity for your job and drug abuse are good reasons to use a surrogate if you can afford it, so its just something I think about sometimes with her. I sincerely hope she has patience and feels connected to her daughter. I was adopted so when I got pregnant with my two kids, I tried really hard to be connected with them before they were even born, because my adoptive mother is the best mom ever but I noticed that I have some issues from childhood from abandonment and trust and love and affection before I was adopted as a toddler. I still have trouble with relationships. Im in therapy. But I'm a damn good mom and have a great relationship with my kids. But to be fair, I've never beaten up on my partners before and been so abusive that theyve ran away. So I just hope her kid is okay and being taken care of like shes supposed to and not getting yelled at all the time 😢

Man. Watching this is bringing back the anger I felt during the trial. Then it was just because I have a friend that was abused similarly to Johnny. In my friend's case they lost custody of their child to Crazy Lady's parents due to her antics. I was there that night because they asked me to watch their 6 week old because she was "on one". She spent 4 hours chasing my friend and yelling at him before he yelled 1 time that he needed sleep. She called 911. Fortunately they took her to the crisis center instead of him getting in trouble. But her parents filed for emergency custody and still have the kid 8ish years later. Now I'm getting ready to go to her trial next month for "Felony Injury To a Child Causing Death". I don't know the details yet, but somehow she and some guy managed to kill her toddler from yet another failed marriage. I feel really sorry for that ex husband too. I don't hate many people, but she's one of them.

What gets me is that she never remembered being SA’d on her birthday? Had that happened to me, it would have been the ONE day I remembered it clearly.

I think wat Amber did while on the stand was also very disrespectful towards Camille. Every question she answers towards the jury and not to the one asking the question.

And to every other attorney she turned away from to answer looking to the jury. It showed, to me, that her mind only thought her future was in her hands in how she affected the jury and not how the attorneys for JD would treat her in how they approached their interactions with her.

Johnny is first and foremost a musician. He just fell into acting. No guitar player would cut off their own finger. It could result in keeping them from ever being able to play guitar again.

As a woman, if I had been SA'd with a bottle and bleeding afterwords, and there were medical doctors nearby, I would be getting medical attention!! Her so-called 'ab*ser' was asleep upstairs, he couldn't hear her getting help, and heck, she could change the story and make him look good if she was really afraid of him by saying they had s*x and he was so big he made her bleed, could she get checked to make sure she was ok. Or maybe just go someplace nobody knows her and get checked by a local. Ab*sed women get medical attention all the time without exposing their ab*sers, she had ample opportunity to get looked at.

I don't recall her saying she didn't seek medical attention because she was concerned about his reaction. What I very viciously remember her saying is that she didn't seek medical attention "because it wasn't that bad for me" and that it didn't cause any damage. It was very odd and unbelievable.

Wait- while Amber admits guilt , 28:26 , looking for JD’s finger tip- didnt she JUST get SA’d moments before this, according to her account of events? Why not check her out for the assault? IF it really happened… why is she actually helping look for the finger tip instead of saying “hey look at me, I’m bleeding”??

I can't believe that the narrator called Malcom Connelly 'a no nonsense ENGLISH bodyguard'!! As a Scot, he would be absolutely furious to hear that! It's a shame that foreigners to the UK/Great Britain (especially Americans, sorry), can't distinguish English from Scottish/Welsh/Irish! As a Welsh woman, I resent this

@indiatastic Malcolm Connelly has two unmistakable indicators of his origins, his accent and his name. Would you call Cillian Murphy an English actor or Bjork a Swedish singer? If people dont speak.up .then people wont learn to listen Welsh people arent English, Scotland shares a border with England and clearly is not in England, Wales is not in England and Neither is any part of Ireland. We are not being oversensitive, we are asserting our identity.

@johnnydeppofil2 I am watching from Renton, WA. I was attracted to the trial last year because the courthouse is located very near my alma mater, George Mason University (I moved out West in 1985). Although one of my all-time favorite movies is Benny and Joon (I named my two dogs Benny and Joon!), I was not very familiar with your work. I have since become a strong fan and love to see all the reports of your success and your very evident kindness towards everyone. Thank you for being you.

Why Does no one ever talk about two things: 1. The bruise kit make up pallet in the front of the pic of JD with the spilled ice cream?? 2. The audio of AH clopping to the phone in heeled shoes in Australia after the finger incident (when she later testified she had cut up her feet)?? And why none of this was brought up in court..

THANK YOU Larry. I decided to revisit this ''subject'' in some strange way feeling safer watching it with you (and other subs) albeit watching as rewatch crew, missing the lives. I remember your comments when the lawtube had panels and your observations, giving the legal background while watching the whole thing unfold, you just... have that thing making all of us ( I believe it was not just me) feel the human side of the story, not just a celebrity drama. That's when I subbed to you. I rarely comment, I'm trying to do better cause I know it helps, but I remember my first comment here even before the ''shock face'' from Morgan's testimony. It was, I just wish it's 10 years ago, I had a due process, and DUI guy is standing instead of C.V ( I know it's not your practical area) and verbally dismantles the guy who I spent my 20's with, giving me black eyes and discolored face just once, one hit, drank after he found out I was accepting scholarship for my master degree in another country. No words, just one hit even though I pushed back cause I'm taller but he folded me of course. No one ever knew. I wished that and I was watching you how you deduce things into facts. Hence, the first part of my comment. Once again, thank you. Martina
