Glad he turned down Speed. It was one of the stupidest movies I've ever seen lol

I got my partner to watch Black Mass, it wasn't until near the end I told him it was Johnny Depp, he wouldn't believe me. So we had to wait until the end credits. He was shocked. Johnny could easily have gone down the heartthrob route and been successful, but he is a brilliant actor in so many disguises. And a lovely guy with it. I loved Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas, and laughed my head off. His portrayal of Hunter S Thompson on acid was so accurate.

Half the time i don't know it's him in a movie either ! He's like a chameleon. Never seen no actor that can do what he does. He's been underated cause we can't recognize him inhis movies. That's crazy but true if ya think about it.

He is one of the most greatest actors in history in my opinion because he can do it all unlike alot of actors out there while he stays true to himself. He's one of my favorites ever. I've ALWAYS loved him!! To the extent each time he'd come out in a film, I'd tell my kids, even my husband, "THAT'S what I want for Christmas!!" He'd say, "the monkey?" Or whatever was on the screen as I said it. "NO!", I'd say. "Johnny Depp! I want Johnny Depp for Christmas!!" Hahahahah!!! Haven't had Santa deliver yet, however, tho my hubby passed away 20 yrs ago 😭. I still beg for JD each & every year! (Hey, a girl can dream! 😍)

I just heard a man say that Johnny is an actor's actor. He is such a great actor and great gentle kind and humble man. I have watched hours of him and Amber Heard on video and tapes that anyone who heard them would have no doubt who the abuser was and it was Amber. I'm sorry this happened to Johnny but on April 11 the jury will hear for themselves much evidence against Amber but of course her attorney will try their to change the facts but Johnny will prove that he was the one who was abused not her. How can anyone actually plot to ruin Johnny unless she has not thought about the consequences if her little plot to blackmail him. Everyone’s like, he so fine. He’s so handsome, he’s great to his fans, he’s a great actor, he should of stayed with Vanessa. I’m like he has a hard time being in a stable relationship, he is broken from his childhood, he looks for drugs, alcohol and beautiful young women to numb the pain. He broke hearts left and right. Does anyone care about his soul, his core. I hope he finds true peace and happiness where he can find love for himself and God and give it to someone worthy. I’m so glad Vanessa seemed to move on and it so sad that Kate was so heartbroken but I’m glad she healed up and even spoke on his behalf at trial. He left those other women a lot easier than he left Amber which shows you his tolerance for pain and destruction. Hopefully he becomes less and less tolerant. We love Johnny because in a lot of ways we can relate to him.

Imagine... a Pirate of the Caribbean with those charming dimples.....

This is the first time I've seen this , it just appeared in my Utube feed today. As a Mr. Depp supporter it gave me a greater insight into what type of person he truly is. He seems to have that special quality of not taking himself too seriously. He also seems to have natural humility and charisma, which is very much lacking in the majority of famous people today. It's a testament to his name that the women whom he had meaningful relationships with have remained loyal ,bar AH and Ellen Barkin. One was after his wealth, and the other bitter over unreciprocated love. I'm so happy he found Vanessa Paradis and had the privilege of having two beautiful children together. Even though their not together now, there seems to be mutual respect between them both. After the aftermath of the AH trial ,he has bravely moved forward with his life, with dignity and respect.

He has my utmost respect for being true to himself when choosing a character to play. Love this stunningly gorgeous man.😊
