Ойын-сауық

Part 10: • John Salley on Being i...
Part 1: • John Salley: I Left $7...
----
John Salley spoke to VladTV about his friendship with O.J. Simpson and not believing that Simpson his a murderer. He also shared his thoughts on the Las Vegas robbery that O.J. was involved in, and why he believes that the sentence he got was excessive. Salley added that Plaxico Burress got three years for shooting himself in a New York nightclub, while O.J. served nine years for the robbery and he didn't have a gun.

Exactly. The media downplayed so much stuff surrounding that case, stuff that would easily show that it couldn't have been OJ (such as the fact that a few of Ron Goldman's co-workers also were murdered not too far apart from when he was murdered and that the restaurant they worked in was a mob hangout spot, as well as the fact that they were all involved with doing side work for the mob). Black folks can't be taking media's portrayals at face value.

It was more then enough evidence to get most people convicted but the cops broke rules and OJ’s lawyers knew how to manipulate the jurors emotionally. Kennedy Linder Well you shouldnt respect me, because you don’t know me. Most murders are done by people the victim knows, usually with motive. What motive did the cops have, what motive did the scientists have that did the dna analysis? I’m not saying cops can’t be dirty, but what is the reason for going after OJ this way? He wasn’t important politically, just a football player. If you’re saying it was a big conspiracy, what’s the conspiracy?

@@mribbon89 Exculpatory Evidence Exhibit 35 = The GTE home phone records of Juditha Brown; Nicole's mother which prove that she last spoke to Nicole at around 11pm. The murders didn't happen until close to 12am. O.J. was in his limo at 11pm on his way to the airport for his trip to Chicago. At 12pm he was already in the air. The bloody footprints. Why was the public never told that the tiles outside of Nicole's condo where the bloody footprints were found were 11 1/2 square inches in diameter. The footprints which fit neatly inside of several of the tiles were from a size 9 1/2 shoe and a size 10 shoe... O.J. wears a size 13 1/2 shoe. There was no blood in the pipes of O.J. drains in his home. Whoever killed these people would have been covered in blood. And there were 2 killers. The medical examiner who actually performed the autopsies; Dr. Irwin Golden, testified during the preliminary trial that there were 2 morphological different cut marks on the victims that were created by 2 different knives. Meaning there were 2 assailants. One person (especially one who was arthritic) could not have done that much damage to 2 physically fit young people. And Ron Goldman was a Black Belt. And Dr. Golden was not called back to testify during the criminal trial... I wonder why? Look up: (on KZread) 1. Brian Heiss/O.J. Simpson 2. Porkins Policy Radio/O.J. Simspon 3. Steven Singular - Legacy of Deception 4. Ed Opperman/O.J. Simpson On Amazon: 1. Serpents Rising Film 2. And a whole host of books. I can not list them all here but if you really care about truth and justice you will find them on your own. P.S. I will answer any questions you have if you are unable to find the answers using these resources. Also you have to want the answers and remain open to the fact that there are answers. I was once convinced he did it as well. Due to the fact that I too had been brainwashed and manipulated by the media in the 20 plus years since the trial. It wasn't until I actually watched the ACTUAL trial (which is on KZread) and did my own independent research. I became angry when I found out the truth. Especially because I consider myself a learned educated individual. O.J. didn't write "If I Did It". He was forced to attach his name to it because of the Goldman family and their settlement. No one went into O.J's house and "grabbed" things to sell. Some con man acquired his things from a storage locker and started hawking them. O.J. found out and went to retrieve HIS things including pictures of his deceased 2 year old daughter. Almost everything people believe about this incident was wrong. The Laura Hart McKinny tapes that Mark Furhman did were not about police brutality. They were about women in the police department. Mark Furhman's actual racism was what brought all of that other information out of him. The cultural context of the jurors had nothing to do with their decision. It was the evidence/lack there of that led them to their decision. Be careful when making assumptions like this. It actually shows racist bias against people who have actually studied the trial. I also would suggest you take a look at the reason why you BELIEVE he did it. You could move from belief if you want to. It's really up to you. Race played a large role in this. It's the reason why everyone who BELIEVES he did it believes it. Even black people. We also deal with a lot of self hatred due to the discrimination and racism that is prevalent here in America. Do some research. It could truly benefit you! Best Regards, Keona

Now that I have discovered Nicole Brown Simpson was a full-blown cocaine addict at the time of her death, My theory is that OJ Simpson her ex-husband, stop paying her drug bills as she owed a lot of drug dealers in the area a lot of money. One or more of the drug dealers may have conspired together with racist LAPD officer Mark Foreman (who was also sleeping with Nicole) to kill Nicole then plant evidence to frame OJ. Ron was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. I believe that OJ was innocent and a part of a conspiracy. The only guilt he had in this is because he stopped paying his ex-wife's drug bills.

The only thing that had OJ dead to rights in Vegas is the audio recording. Were it not for that, he could have claimed he knew nothing about the gun. But technically, when you walk into a room and order someone to not move with a threatening element such as two men and a gun, is kidnapping. Most people are under the impression kidnapping is the same as abduction, its not. Simply prohibiting anyone from leaving or retreating gets you a kidnap charge. Many states have mandatory minimum sentencing for kidnapping per count.

The guy who placed the recorder in the hotel room, Tom Riccio, an acquaintance and business associate of Simpson told OJ those memorabilia dealers would be in town in Las Vegas to sell merchandise, it was he who lured them to the hotel room to meet a buyer who turned out to be OJ Simpson, that guy Riccio turns out to be a confidential informant. Hence, it raises issues as to why he wasn't charged with Kidnapping but he along with the others who cooperated in testifying against Simpson went free. The only one who didn't because he would not lie was C.J. Stewart who Simpson stated during sentencing was the only one he had to beg to go because he was the only one that he trusted to watch his back. Simpson said all the others who had guns were eager to go. Simpson would get 33 years and Stewart 27.5 years. Stewart would have to work on his own relief in the law libraries of the prisons he was in, and after 3 years the court would agree that the sentencing of him to that length of time was wrong and ordered his freedom. The Riccio connection and going to Simpson to determine his interest was suspicious as was the questionable actions of his attorney who told Simpson he had a buyer for the suit he wore when he was acquitted of murder in California. Naturally Simpson being hungry for all money they knew he probably would have his nose wide open and baited him to want to conduct the raid on the memorabilia dealers without getting the police involved. Simpson didn't get it that the authorities were setting him up for a fall using a corrupt lawyer and former criminal turned confidential informant to bring him to his knees. According to Stewart, Simpson's attorney was waiting in the parking lot at the other hotel for which they returned to allegedly waiting for the suit that they did not find, and they took the memorabilia out and placed it in the lawyer's car. He should have been declared a co-conspirator but was given a pass. Stewart said that there was an offer for he and Simpson to accept two years but the attorney did not convey that information on to them. Again, it appears like the Nevada authorities wanted to do something to Simpson that California could not do though evidence indicates that the California trial was a fraudulent trial intended to acquit Simpson but demonize him and allow others to get rich.

I think it’s more likely than not that OJ did it. But I do think there is a possibly he didn’t do it because there are some things that just don’t make any sense. These are the reasons ⬇️ 1. At Nicole’s house, where the crime happened, there is blood everywhere, it’s a bloodbath. There’s footprints obviously. But at OJ’s house, there’s very little blood. The only blood the police could find was 1 tiny tiny drop of blood on the driveway, and one in the house. This doesn’t make any sense because even if you take off your shoes, socks, and clothes, you’re still gonna be covered in blood and you’re gonna track blood because blood will just bleed through & soak through. 2. On OJ’s Bronco, there was blood inside and outside the car: on the door handle and arm rest. But there’s no bloody footprints leaving a trail, there’s no blood on the ground where the Bronco was parked. 3. On the side of the house, where the police found the other glove, there was a bunch of blood on the leaves, but no blood trail way in front or behind. 4. There were bloody socks in OJ’s room. But there were no bloody footprints or tiny blood drops in the room, in the hallway, or anywhere. 5. The limo driver said he didn’t see a Bronco there when he arrived and he saw someone go into the house through the front door. Not in the alleyway. 6. Nicole’s neighbors said that at around the time Nicole and Ron were murdered, they didn’t hear any noise, they didn’t hear any screaming, fighting, nothing. 7. There is DNA at the crime scene that didn’t belong to Nicole, Ron, or OJ….

They did give a reason for him killing her and it was because he was upset she was dating someone else and everybody surrounding him made him out to be a “if I can’t have nobody can type of person” which looks true as he was contemplating suicide.

From what I remember, one of the accomplices was a snitch. He was already working with the police to get off his own charges. In a way, this was another form of entrapment.

OJ didn’t kill anyone it was Mark Fuhrman the LAPD detective. Look at the facts Fuhrman and his partner were on the scene where they found one glove. They go to OJ’s house where they find blood in his bronco and on the ground, then Fuhrman without a warrant jumps the wall to let his partner in talking about he thought OJ might have been hurt where they find the other glove. Ok so you’re telling me that Fuhrman would possibly mess up the case by entering OJ’s propert without a warrant and just happens to find Drops of blood on his bronco after being at the scene of the crime? Come on now that’s crazy. Also during the trial when asked if he planted evidence Fuhrman pleads the 5th. Why? How could he incriminate himself with an answer is yes or no? He planted the glove and my thought is that Fuhrman may have been dealing drugs from the evidence room or some other circumstance which lead him to kill Nicole Brown Simpson and try to pin it on OJ or maybe it was one of his fellow officers. All I know is when a veteran cop makes that big of a rookie mistake something is up.
