That song has been a favorite of mine since the first time I heard it back in 2000-2001. I was driving down the road and had to pull over barely half way through the song.

I saw him live a little over a month ago, he still sounds just as amazing as he did when I was a little girl. He was one of my first crushes. I love his voice and his songs are amazing. I never thought I would have the chance to see him in concert. It felt like I was a child again, the joy I felt seeing him preform.

One of my favorites

This is my favorite writing. One night I dreamed a dream. As I was walking along the beach with my Lord. Across the dark sky flashed scenes from my life. For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand, One belonging to me and one to my Lord. After the last scene of my life flashed before me, I looked back at the footprints in the sand. I noticed that at many times along the path of my life, especially at the very lowest and saddest times, there was only one set of footprints. This really troubled me, so I asked the Lord about it. "Lord, you said once I decided to follow you, You'd walk with me all the way. But I noticed that during the saddest and most troublesome times of my life, there was only one set of footprints. I don't understand why, when I needed You the most, You would leave me." He whispered, "My precious child, I love you and will never leave you Never, ever, during your trials and testings. When you saw only one set of footprints, It was then that I carried you."

If I’m not mistaken I believe this song was written off a true story.. it breaks my heart as a father of a little girl. I can’t imagine a life where me and my wife don’t do everything to give our little girl a great life

You know How many children around the World know him especially in dark, cold, hungry, forgotten children.. The World kinda needs him now, more. JC doesn't hold pre-judgement, he knows you just talk, but Christians forget we shouldn't be judging, some need to pull that judgmental stick out of their meister, and use on themselves, just my opinion. So many kids don't know his name but he knows them so many, he's with them in some of the most horrible stories for the year even today 2024..

I cry each time. I grew up in a Christian home so i never experienced that horrible life i suffer with epilepsy and almost died 3 times the last seizure i had in November was so bad that I needed cpr or i would have died. Ive had seizures since 5th grade and im now going on 30 years old its been a tough ride but God pulled me through it all
