The key phrase in all of that is "we don't put sugar on everything." Well said. That's why I love living in Central Texas. We don't inject our BBQ. Just straight salt & pepper rub. Simple but the best

Great bbq, visited during south by south west 2015 and it was amazing. We did franklins and others and la bbq was right up there.

La BBQ is ok but Houston has great BBQ too
kudos to the success of la barbeque. you deserve it. but it kills me to see a smoker opened for that long. curious how long it takes to get the temp back.
