John Lee's gravelly blues voice and Carlos' sublimely fluid guitar were a match made in heaven.

The one and only John Lee Hooker💙♥️🌹
I think JLH’s Bluesy voice has finely met its worthy match -- the great Santana’s guitar style. I ❤ it!
One thing for sure, without J L H it will never be replicated. One of a kind.
This is the greatest of all time.🔥🔥🔥🔥🌹

@@sebasdebordeaux8347 you are talking about two different styles of music completely and it's completely anal to try to compare the different styles. Johnny Lee Hooker is singing the blues. Sade is more Latin jazz which is not the blues. People like you come on this site just to argue, when you have no foundation of what you're talkin about. You're arguing the difference between apples and oranges. They're not the same style. That's like comparing Eddie Van Halen to B.B.. King You can't if you truly love music. They are two different styles. But if you really truly knew about music you would like all music and not just one type of music from one type of people. You go through life with a narrow view of music and you miss a lot of beautiful music. And you need to do something about that need to be self-righteous. Let go move on.

Magical matchless song, thank you Legends, Carlose's entrance at 2:10 is absolutely killing.
What a flashback, I met both Carlos and John Lee doing backstage security, at the Magic is BACK concert , Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. John Lee hooked me up with ladies, Carlos gave me a pack of Marlboro to hold me up tell I could get a moment to break away. Very nice people. And the party I got invited to after the concert was fricken bitchen. Love the memory's.
The late, The great John Lee Hooker is an Iconic figure in his own right RIP.

Respect🙏🏾
My new favorite tune🎉❤
Imagine the perfect couple, they got married and had the most beautiful kids. It's John Lee and Carlos "Chill Out" and "The Healer".
I got to see John Lee at the Fillmore in 1997. The show was supposed to be Booker T's band backing John lee, but Booker had a family emergency and had to leave town. Carlos filled in for him. It's one of the top three shows I was at!
I often grieve for the blues giants we've lost through the years and beg the ones still around to hang in there so that all of us might feel the magic a little longer.
My old genius Carlos and king John in combo...what more do we want....music is was and will be the force for change. Hope for a lost world.❤🙏🏽🙏🏽✊🏾
