John is the ultimate entertainer. He leaves it all on the stage. I bet the Orchestra has never enjoyed a performance so much as these concerts with John. Loved your reactions and analysis. Great job my friend. Love from Australia 🦘🦘🦘

For a pace change, he sings a beautiful ballad with Olivia Newton-John, from the same concert as Granada, called "Please Don't Ask Me". There you see he and Olivia show their acting skills, as well as their great friendship.

Over 100 Farnham concerts live and THIS one was my all time favourite. It was just amazing. Australia's greatest entertainer...BAR NONE. I have been a fan for over half a century.

Look for the more recent fundraiser show he did for our bushfires, where he came out of retirement and shared the stage with some truly great artists! It’s longer but you can do it in stages if you like. I think he lost the tambourine and someone in the audience tossed it back to him. 😍

Australia has loved him since the 1960's. Farnham could still sell out concerts well after that. I for one travelled to other countries to see him.

John had three long-time backup singers who appeared with him on stage every time: Lisa Edwards, Lindsay Field and Venetta Fields. Lisa was the blonde dancing around on the stage.

Fundraiser for our bushfires. He came out of retirement for this. Venetta had retired some years before, so of the four backup singers, the bookends are Lisa Edwards and Lindsay Field. kzread.info/dash/bejne/g2xkm8hpf8nHYbw.htmlsi=uWfvuTVZHWNNePBi

If you like John Farnham, his 1st no. 1 hit in Australia with with Sadie, the cleaning lady in 1967. Not much after that, he was then the lead singer of Little River Band from 1982 - 1987. He then went solo again and made it huge with Your The Voice. Check this out with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. This song is still and iconic Australian athems played in pubs, etc. He has a generational following from people in their 80's and 90's to today. Check both these out and see how big a journey has been.
