He didn't, right after he said, "unfortunate it's never coming out." He solidified the fact that he honestly doesn't have any hope soad will produce another studio album again. However, I think that it might just get put into Scars of Broadway with John, Shavo and Daron.

After reading serj’s book, that little edit with the sad song they do right after is 100% a tongue in cheek way of giving us VERY clear insight I think. Johnny and the team clearly did this out of respect of all parties and to reward those who look into the details a little more haha

I hope he does an episode with Mike Portnoy one day, scenes from a memory is one of my fav. Albums of all time

He’s such a great dude. Man it would be truly sad if they never write music again. He’s as real as they come. He understands the purpose of making music. What ever is going on with System of a Down I pray they get threw it. I left Ozzfest 2006 at like 5pm bc my brother , his friend and myself didn’t bring any money for water and it was like august 5th in Boston and 100 degrees with 100% humidity. Basically we had like heat exhaustion from moshing from literally the first band until main stage started. Sadly we missed all of main stage which breaks my heart to also have missed the Rev another show. But on top of that also missed Ozzy System of a Down (still have not seen either since) and some others. If I never get to see them live on my death bed I’m going to tell my loved ones to not start moshing until at least noon if it’s 100 out haha. System fuckin rocks

Two highlights of my career have been hauling your backline on The Stage world tour, and SOAD backline to the Sonic Temple and Open Air festivals this year! It was an honor, and would LOVE to do it again!
