Yes girl Jane. Good cooking from afar. Next time when cooking vegetables, don't cover with a lid. You kill vitamins with the steam when you cover. Cook veges for very few minutes. If you want to test, cook greens without covering and separately covering same duration for both. You will see the covered greens changes to a kind of jungle green while the uncovered will appear as green. If am wrong, I ask for forgiveness.
