Biggeat mistake is they looke like big straw bales not small surgar cane bales

I had one of those. They are like measles. You only get them once. Wouldn't touch a JD square baler. Round, different story. Best there is. I went back to New Holland square...My J D missed tying 1 in 5 bales. My NH missed about 1 or 2 every twine change...500 bales

helen strain. Check your slip clutch. It may be rusted ("fused") together. Back off your bolts on the slip clutch and try it that way. Once it is "free", it can then slip when it needs too. You can then tighten it back up properly for proper use.
