Looks very well needed for family house living or sport fields, Thank you very much.
“Nothing runs like a Deere” is such a good tag line. Hats off to the person who came up with that:)

Except its actually an MTV and junk.
My family owns a L110 automatic, and they have owned it for 17 years and it still runs today. Yes, we have had to replace things, such as Battery’s, We’ve fixed the deck, and replaced a blown tire. The reason they bought it is because it is easy to get replacement parts. When they say it’s reliable, it’s pretty reliable.
Bought the S180 today. Can't wait to mow! Before now, I had a John Deere LX277 that my dad bought brand new in 1999. The transmission finally gave out last year. Thing was a beast.

Bought an LA115 in the spring of 2008. I’ve done all the maintenance but it has had to live outside. It’s about at its end now. Mower deck needs major work. Engine runs a little rough too. Still, I guess twelve years isn’t too bad for the $1,800 I spent on it. I might even get $400-$500 for it when I sell. My market is dry when it comes to lawn mowers. So, at just over $150/year to own (counting the minimal maintenance) maybe I’ll buy another one.
simply the best mowers all the way
The houses in your ad are so beautiful I wish I could live in one of those 🤩

It's a shame they don't use any primer before they paint the chassis It's paint straight on to the steel and my one is losing chips of paint im so disappointed of this but I'm satisfied with the rest of the machine but please john deere start to prime the chassis on the 100 series asvel
God almighty i love lawn mowers
Bought a s100 series to start a landscaping business this year. Super easy to control with the side by side pedals. Makes it easy to load and unload from the back of my truck. Blades that came with it work really well with mulching or side discharge. Great machine

Can you use a leaf vacuum dual bagger from a E110 on a S220 John Deere ?
@JohnDeere
8 ай бұрын
Thanks for reaching out, Ed! Unfortunately, the bagger used on the E110 Lawn Tractor is not compatible with the S220 Lawn Tractor. The bagger that can be used with the S220 is part number BUC10907. You can find this part here: spr.ly/6051ummYH. We always recommend confirming this with your local dealer. If needed, you can find your closest dealer at spr.ly/6052ummYy.
We’re new to riding mowers but not first time homeowners, we’ve always hired a lawn service to mow our yard but next year we’re going to start doing our self. We have a 1/3 acre yard with 2 trees in the front and 1 tree in the back. We are looking for a high quality long lasting mower at an affordable price. So what would you folks at John Deere recommend for our yard?

Thanks for asking! Our Twin Baggers are sold separately from our Lawn Tractors and Zero-Turn Mowers. Baggers are great attachments for your unit if you're looking to keep your lawn neat and tidy by collecting the grass clippings. Since we are unsure of your exact model, we recommend contacting your local dealer for ordering and pricing information. You can find their contact information at Deere.com/Dealer.
I have a 115 Automatic 42" cut, 19 hp. I have a new battery and the engine is dead. I had the battery checked and it still has power. It is getting on in years, but it mostly works great. What is it dead?

Hi Thomas, we're sorry to hear that your 115 Lawn Tractor is having difficulty starting. We recommend taking a look at your Operator's Manual if you haven't already. Towards the back there is a "Troubleshooting - Engine" section that may help. Many Operator's Manuals are available for free online, so you may be able to access the manual for your model at techpubs.deere.com. You can also contact your local dealer for further assistance. Find their contact information at Deere.com/Dealer. We hope this helps you!
Have a John Deere 130 lawn tractor I got 2 years ago. What a nightmare. When did they do away with the belt tension adjustment bolt? Better yet WHY? So when your belt starts to stretch a bit you gotta buy a new belt? Thanks for nothing. The guide for the engagement cable failed and is being held in place with an old vise grip plier. For the money, I might consider a Husqvarna next time.☹
so the 200 series have the easy to read gas reader, since the website says it doesn't?

We apologize for the confusion, 88omarz. The S240 Lawn Tractor is equipped with our MowerPlus™ Easy to Read Fuel Gauge but the S220 is not. Your local dealer would be happy to assist you in your search for a Lawn Tractor that fits your needs. Am I supposed to go full speed when mowing
@ichor20
3 жыл бұрын
Set your throttle to ATLEAST 3/4 so your PTO runs fast. Use your pedals to dictate the speed at which you travel. But no, you do not need to go full speed when moving, just make sure that engine rpm is high as you mow. Happy Mowing!

No I'll stay with my Craftsman turn tight tractor
all i saw it do was cut grass . im going to keep looking for something bigger
Now if they would just get rid of that RIO button. Probably the most useless feature on riding mowers ever. When I upgraded to a new riding mower I almost bought the X380 with a 48in deck. The RIO button kept me from purchasing it, instead I went with an exmark radius e-series with a 48in deck. No having to push a button just to mow in reverse.
Please do not waste your money on these. Any of the big box stores mowers are absolutely garbage. I switched to a zero turn yeara ago. Last year I went ahead and spent the 6500 on a toro titan max and the quality is so much better than any of these. But for what you will pay for say a 42 inch your can buy a much higher qaulity like a gravely or toro or lazer e for the same price and have something that is faster more durable will last longer and make mowing much easier.
All you did was change the hood and seat, the 100 series is still using the same cheap engineering and the same junk engines.
John deer is a good brand but your marking has missed opportunities to make it a household name. Al Blaze a popular KZreadr loved your product but has just switched to another brand. 😮
