Joe was so good by half time he earned his stats for the night, this game and the playoffs are probably the only full games he played because he did teams soo dirty in the 1st & 2nd qtrs....He's an ancestor now...Bless it

I’m only 21 and I remember watching this game as a little boy plus I was also keeping up with Two-a days and as I got older i always look back on this game. And I wanted to know if hurricane katrina didn’t happen and some of the guys from that are of Louisiana didn’t move to go to Texas and other states. How would Louisiana football be back in this era.

I’ve never thought of that either but I grew up with several friends playing football that ended up staying here in Texas after Katrina, definitely makes a lot of sense though you even have people like Derrick Lewis that stayed in Houston afterword. Texas hs football heated up a lot following Katrina, just look at recruiting then vs now.

The referees are terrible and should never be allowed to referee a game ever again that's too well-coached teams to have that many penalty flags on every play. Home cooking the referee's did everything in their power to try and let the home team win absolutely terrible officiated game
