John Cox - Rosewood Baha Mar Placemakers

Introducing PlaceMaker John Cox. Raised in the capital, Cox is not only the Executive Director of Arts and Culture for Rosewood Baha Mar but is the island's preeminent local artist and curator. ​
Through his curation - the resort feature about 700 original works of art, with many more displayed on loan - he aims to spark conversation and curiosity around the diverse breadth of Bahamian art, encouraging new ways of seeing the world. ​
This film features a community of artists as well as collections of work from art studios and galleries around Nassau in The Bahamas. Rosewood Baha Mar would like to acknowledge those entities and creatives that participated in order of appearance:
