Even as a life long Glenn Hughes fan, I’ve not been moved by the last two Daisies albums. The live shows feel more like GH’s recent ‘plays classic DP live’ shows. Revolucion is a fantastic album and Burn it Down and Make Some Noise are great adverts for John Corabi’s music and singing.

I love corabi, he’s a great singer/guitar player but what I love the most is he is honest. He doesn’t sugar coat things, I’m glad he’s still friends with everyone in the daisies because there is a chance he could return. I don’t blame him for stepping off though, I was at that last London show he did with the daisies, he was giving it all he could but you could tell he had problems and he even apologised to the crowd saying he was under the weather but it was still a great show. We love you John.

Yeah, we get older & reality sets in. The worst people who refuse to come to terms with our finite time are musicians & athletes.. I'm in both camps. It took me years to get real & Amit to myself tht my time jetting around form bike race to bike race here & in France ws over for me.. In my late 30's early to mid 40's the signs were there to think bout stepping back ... I did & I dont regret pushing pst the rational p[oints but we all have to come to terms with our own mortality @ some point.. But thanks for being candid John...

Sounds like a perfect example of managers and people of that ilk putting short-term profits ahead of the wellbeing of the artists. Doing two gigs a day, even only occasionally, given the way John Corabi's style (ie, giving his all) will obviously fuck you up for at least 12 hours afterwards? Moneymen using the talent. Don't blame him at all for getting out before he ruined his voice irreparably.
