I simply can not stand John Cena in the ring, HOWEVER, outside the ring, he is a real hero, especially for Make a Wish kids..... He is a great person outside the ring.

As a parent of a child with celebral palsy daughter this video change my life.....don't give up

All the work Jon Cena does for the kids is highly underrated,was too old for his wwe era but hands down one of my fav wrestler and people for all his make a wish foundation charity . All my respect

I actually know dilan. We go to the same school and he was the my first friend in 3rd grade when I transferred. All I can say about him is that he is definitely the strongest Person that I have met. And right now we are both in 7th grade.

How can anybody hate a man who uses his fame and stardom to bring so much joy love and happiness the children that are his fans, who gives of himself to make those children smile not because he has to but because he wants to.

Not a wrestling fan. But I have never heard a bad word said about John Cena, and the amount of work he does for charities, including Make a Wish is incredible. As a human being, he comes across so well, and seems to genuinely enjoy meeting and interacting with his fans. Big props to him for using his celebrity for something other than self-aggrandisement or making money. Fair play to you sir.

KC Chiefs Fan I totally agree. I remember back in 2003 when he was the Doctor of Thuganomics, he had a match with Zach Gowen (who’s an amputee and his leg is missing). Before the match began, Cena roasted him and picked on his physical disability, calling him a waste of space, a freak, a “hip hop”, and asked if he knows who he’s messing with. It was very brutal. And of course Cena won the match at the end. So it’s very ironic to see him make fun of Zach Gowen in the ring but have the greatest respect and compassion for kids with health conditions, haha

There is absolutely no reason to dislike this man in or out of the wrestling ring. People lack common sense.

I love when wrestlers or celebrities make time to show some love I dont care what person has what I care about people regardless so this really makes me happy

I am not a big wrestling fan, but i love what John Cena does for our entire country. He is a super patriot. He not only helps kids but veterans alike.

I don't like or following pro wrestling but I must say that Mr Cena is real gentleman.

He seems like such a humble and nice man who truly appreciates the blessings in his life. He does a lot of things quietly that other celebrities seem to feel are beneath them without spotlighting himself. Positive role model that so many kids need these days.

John Cena achieved greatness in wrestling....But his true greatness was earned outside of the ring.... thank you John Cena for brightening the lives of so many children and for all your contributions.... you are a true role model not just for kids but for adults as well...Like our military personnel you are a hero in your own right

Cena is extremely compassionate, empathetic, and has a great heart. To this day he is the world’s #1 donator for Make-A-Wish Foundation, with over *600* wishes granted! That speaks volumes of what a loving and good-natured man he is. You can tell he sincerely loves to make kids smile. He needs to have kids of his own soon because he’d be a wonderful father! WWE is super lucky to have him! ♥️

John Cena and Shaq are 2 of the greatest guys out there.Between all the"My Wishes"John Cena has done for kids,I heard its in the high hundreds of wishes he has granted for kids,to Shaqs unbelievable generosity towards people he don't even know.I saw where he bought 10 pairs of shoes for a kid whos mom couldn't afford them because he is 13 years old and has size 18 feet.And I saw where Shaq took a random family Furniture shopping,and let them pick out anything they wanted.These two guys are real true American Heroes.

I’m a 35 year old man. And in tears over this. I too was born prematurely and weighed 3lbs at birth. Nearly died from what I’ve been told. I also have a “mild” case of cerebral palsy. Keep trucking lil man. My hats off to you.

i met cena is vegas at cinamacon a few years ago and he was genuinely a super nice guy, just him, me and another guy that was with him, no cameras or anything, just a couple of dudes having a cool conversation. I told him that as a father of two small boys, he is big time role model that i would love for them to look up to.

John Cena is the man! So inspiring what he does for these lovely children.

It is always very special when the likes of John Cena does a surprise visit for sick kids and i think he holds the most visits for the entire WWE. I hope that young Dilan goes on to fulfill his dreams, best of luck young man.
