It's all about ass play for The Rock. Day in and day out. It was good... once. The Rock had no material after that other than shit terrible imitations. saying The Rock had great promos is like saying Drew Carey had any wrestling skill.

It’s really wild, the match was ok overall, but a win over Cena should have done more even if he’s part-time, but it feels like he just didn’t do anything interesting after. Hell Solo v. Cena at Summerslam this year did so much more for Solo than Theory got out of Mania

Neither did Cena at first. Just had something. The prototype sucked and he was literally just about to get cut before superstars heard him rap on a bus, told Stephanie, he did it for her, and the Dr. was born. He’s in his ruthless aggression era as Cena said before and it’s not going to work much longer. Looking forward to his next gimmick. Watch this kid end up top 15-30 by the time things are done if he or they find the right gimmicks. Mic skills are better than Cenas when he started, better move set, and he’s already been in the ring with Legends for matches/segments. Skys the limit. He’s just young asf

Early John Cena rhymes lines in all his promos. Veteran John Cena spits 7 Haikus telling you he’s about to bust your balls and kick your ass. Then busts your balls and walks out off. That sounds like Strong Style to me.

Cena cuts great promos. Destroys and just leaves them in a pile without going full heel. Damn he's good.

One of the reasons why Cena got the GOAT push was his mic skills which wwe missed once Stone Cold and Rock were gone.

There is one more line missing from his promo in this video: If I lose they are gonna boo you to the level your life will be a hell.

No, it was "If you win. You. Lose. Everything." And afterwards paraphrasing, that even if Theory won. He'd have to explain it out to upper management, to the fans. Having to be able to perform at that SAME calibur if not better, etc.

Austin Theory was actually destroyed. He didn't get a good run after his match against John Cena.

For that last bit, he asked for Miz's advice...

They brought Cena back but he needs to stop putting guys over and give the fans one last big win otherwise this is for nothing.

It's because the authority forces him to. There are times when Cena actually refused to lose his match, especially against Jack Swagger. John Cena is literally like the most humble out of the superstars.
