1000 HP is still a magical number for tuners, even with all this tech they have with turbos and materials. Imagine having 1000 HP back in the 90s, before all this F&F Supra craze, when cars had around 100 HP. and supercars 300-400 It's just mental...

@@---ti4pr bro. He didn't even say ECU. So your auto terminology, and knowledge needs expanding, that's living. We both enjoy cars, but I completely understood every word he said. I even related with him cause I owned a miata, NA6(if you know miatas), and he just went to a shop and learned from them. So, a turbocharger is different than a supercharger, look at the title, car dude.

By looking at him I wouldn't, but knowing his name and ID's days as the original rock stars of gaming, they were all well known and kinda hated for racing around in Ferrari's and shit in Dallas. John Romero got most of the hate for it, but it sounds like Carmack was raising serious hell too.

I have vid of these cars. I posted an old Mustang vid of mine when I went to a dyno with it. What shows up during my testing? Carmack’s F40 at the time he was talking about. Anyway, years later my vid starts getting views and I knew it wasn’t due to my Mustang 😆 someone commented about the JRE story bringing up John’s cars. Since then I just dug up another VHS of mine of his F50 and TR and posted it up too. I saw no other vids out there so I thought folks might want to see ‘back in the day’ when these cars ran the streets here in Dallas.
