I’ve been listening to this on repeat all day, I wish it never ended, so this is the closest thing to it. Takes me on so many journeys everytime I listen. That’s when you know it’s spiritual or magic !

I think its a bit better than other versions cuz hes a bit cleaner here with starting and ending different parts and a bit cleaner with the transitions inbetween where some of the other versions feel incomplete or not the best finishing to a part and starting anew. They're all amazing but i can def understand why people would like this version better than others.

This one of up there and Rothbury is one of my favorites mainly because of the energy of the crowd in that one and he feeds off of it which creates magic.

John was on the Beam that night. What a prayer. I feel it every time,,,,, peace, love, and unity on this planet in this day and age that we live in. I'm sending it out of my launch ramp, and it's definitely, definitely, definitely, going to happen. Much love!

That’s the best part about acoustic songs, especially this one. Every person has their own interpretation to it. This song takes you in such a journey, that at times you feel pure joy and bliss. Other parts bring me back to moments in my life that I’ll never get back. This song has brought me to tears becsuse I often reflect on what was supposed to be, and that one day all that was ripped away from me. It’s such an intense journey, but by the end I always come back to the same place, of pure joy and excitement. It truly is a magical journey and I’m so glad I discovered him from Bonnaroo 2002

John and his freaking guitar!!!! Like an “ocean” of sound and vibes. Love this masterpiece of a man and his instrument in red rocks none the less. It’s no wonder this is one of the best versions of this song if not the best ever!

I cried my ass off watching this yesterday.

Can tell Boy was tripping, but (easily) one of the greatest modern acoustic guitar performances ever. Best version by far, you can tell he's playing the hardest he's ever played. This, to me, is poetry l. Beautiful melody, unyielding passion, &, absolute pureness of intent. Instrumentals can be such a unifying force, that music with vocals simply can't produce. Cheers, ultimate song to get sauced up to. Amen !
