I can confirm that the La Cage billboard DID raise a lot of money for Children in Need, as I was the one who got it! It is safely in my bedroom and looks fab. I didn't think I'd get it, as I was working the Sunday the auction finished...working at Collectormania in John's photo shoot! Waiting to sign outat 7 (when the online bidding finished), praying that my dad outside had a good enough internet connection to bid was excruciating! But SOOOO worth it!

I think the announcer meant that JB "wrote" the sketch/choregraphy of the bit. He was obviously singing, but did not write the song. Meanwhile, I saw a trailer for a the new Tom Cruise movie and kept thinking about how much more I wished it was John Barrowman cast in the role (even if it would be a little bit of typecasting for John).
