He has an amazing voice he's very talented I'd love to see him perform live on stage. Think he'd ever do the Edinburgh International Festival? I have seen him on British TV chat shows and has a wonderful sense of humour. And I am proud to say he's a fellow scot he was born in Glasgow, Scotland I think he left with his to live in Chicago when he was nine years old. He now lives here in the UK and is starring in a sci fi Dr Who spin off show called Torchwood as Capt Jack Harkness.

lol...looking back is interesting. I love him, and love his voice, but it' is getting better and better as he matures. Pity the piano was too strong/loud, if it was softened just a bit it would be better. Lovely to see this, lovely to look back...wonderful that he lives to sing. I can never see enough of John, hope he keeps singing forever :-)

He's got a great voice. I wouldn't mind doing a duet with him sometime. How old is he now? 39? 40?

It's not actually, the scottish accent is a put on as well... John is scottish, but moved to the USA when he was 8 and was there thru high school & university. since 1990 he's been between the UK & USA.. Phenominal performer though, I can only hope that I'd have a career as diverse and successful as his.
