John 5 is easily the most enjoyable guitarist to see live. If anyone has the opportunity to see him as a solo act I highly recommend it. He charges the bare min (25 bucks for a live show!!!) for tickets and truly plays to the audience. I've never seen a musician enjoy entertaining an audience more than him and he truly appreciates the support from fans. Never stop.

I've seen his solo shows 3 different times. Would have been 4 but the Vegas show got cancelled last year. He is awesome on stage!! Very entertaining!

Absolutely agree! I happened to be at the "It's Alive" recorded gig in Sellersville, PA.. fantastic concert!

As a guitarist who has had 2 strokes, I have to thank John 5 for being the one who made me pick the instrument up again. After I found his solo work in 2019 I never looked back and now I'm confident in my skills again, even though I can't feel my right arm moving I still play every day. Thank you for being my inspiration to keep going.

My favorite guitarist. In 1986 at Fiddlers Guitar shop in Grosse Pointe Mich. I was a beginner for my 1st lesson. He showed me the riffs from 5150, Tobacco Road & Spirit of the Radio. He sounded Exactly like the album at 15 it was mind blowing. John deserves all the success he’s received- a great guitarist and a great person.

Great track and nice music video - I can feel the desire to have a new solo album ! In 2003 I had the pleasure to meet John after a Marilyn Manson gig in Paris. One of the best night ever, sharing a few minutes with a guitar player who gave you the impulse to play. Saw him with Motley Crue's last year at the Hellfest and wow, his solo parts are totally insane.

John 5 is better than Vai any day! Vai sucks!! Vai is a jackass!!! And why?? Because Vai told Tony Iommi he plays out of tune, especially on the Paranoid album.

When I used to work at Norman’s Rare Guitars, he’d come in all the time back when he was married to Aria Giovanni. He was always friendly, we’d talk about great 80’s hair band riffs and we’d talk about Slayer quite a bit as well.
