The Nemeth from Vetter isnt carbon either.
Zelezny is a legend in the event! Superb technique and his speed unmatched !! His WR of 98.48m won’t be easy to break !!
Zelezny´s arm speed was absolutely insane - even in slowmo his arm was invisible in throw moment.
Throws over 90 meters: Jan Železný: 53 times (PB: 98.48 m - WR) Johannes Vetter: 10 times (PB: 94.44 m) Thomas Röhler: 9 times (PB: 93.90 m) Aki Parviainen: 8 times (PB: 93.09 m) Andreas Thorkildsen: 8 times (PB: 91.59 m) Sergey Makarov: 6 times (PB: 92.61 m) Raymond Hecht: 6 times (PB: 92.60 m) Tero Pitkämäki: 6 times (PB: 91,53 m) Andreas Hofmann: 5 times (PB: 92.06 m) Konstadínos Gatsioúdis: 3 times (PB: 91.69 m) Vadims Vasilevskis: 3 times (PB: 90.73 m) Julius Yego: 2 times (PB: 92.72 m) Steve Backley: 2 times (PB: 91.46 m) Breaux Greer: 2 times (PB: 91.29 m) Magnus Kirt: 2 times (PB: 90.61 m) Cheng Chao-Tsun: 1 times (PB: 91.36 m) Seppo Räty: 1 times (PB: 90.60 m) Boris Henry: 1 times (PB: 90.44 m) Keshorn Walcott: 1 times (PB: 90.16 m)

I love this video! Great for reference. Thanks! Dr BEN.
If you analyze Zelezny carefully, note, he does not have very much up and down movement. His sprint speed does not slow through his set up. He carries his energy very smoothly and effectively straight into the throw without any up and down or hesitation steps as he enters the throw. Very refined. Have not seen that in any other throwers. Smooth, continuous transfer of power.
I wonder how far Zelezny would throw that Carbon javelin in his prime. I bet +2-3m longer than his world record. In 2009 when he was 43 years old he still did a massive 84,78m throw in South Africa in training camp and I think it was with Nordic Carbon Champion javelin.
I don't see where in the video Vetter and Rohler meet Zelezny.

Before Vetter hit 97 everyone was talking about how he is the best thrower of all time, I made the video as a “dream competition”
It seems Zelezny was more explosive and fast while these Germans have much harder style relying on pure strength.

Rohler pure strength?
Imagine their speed on backley's technique and rythem! Obviously cos he was the best of the best!!
Vetter soooooo geil😍
You could include Röhlers 93,90 m throw - but still a perfect video with perfect music! Do you think you can do a best of German javelin athletes with Röhler, Vetter, Hofmann and maybe Weber and Seifert

Throwshub amazing - i‘ll wait for it 👌🏻 and the music you used (running-waysons) fits perfect 😏👍🏻
continuity is the issue for excellent throws. this is what makes Zelezny superior to others, not throwing 98.48 just once. If Rohler und Vetter keep up throwing such best, one of them possibly put his stamp on history. Otherwise ask yourself who remembers De Zordo from germany Avan from Turkey
@santeenl

Avan only threw like 83-85m for 2 years, at least de Zordo challenged Thorkildsen on 2 major championships and beat him once :)
the important part of the first throw is not in slow motion but the run down is...

Yeah... but it’s not a video about the technique. It’s just for entertainment.and motivation
Still looks much better when Zelezny throws.
Im sure this old record will break soon, question is who wants it most ;)
The Night King beats both.

Hi
While I do think that his record could be broken at some point....what people need to understand is that Vetter is still 4 meters behind. That's a mile when it comes to throwing the javelin. I think this batch of German throwers represent some of the best talent for the sport that we have seen in years....maybe since the great battles of Andreas and Tero of the mid 2000s. The thing with Jan was his consistency. When you have more 90 meter throws than all of the other throwers that's saying something. But it is definitely getting exciting.

Phill McKnight been arguing the same exact thing 😂 someone will need to throw 94 plus another 4 meters. Of course I hope it happens , just JZ will still be the he best

Don’t forget that Vetter has already 6 times in one competition (Luzern) over 89,50 m He had too many injuries in the last year, but i bet he will be able to continue his work and give us some new records...
Still some meters ahead ...
Vetter has better way of throwing

No way . He relies too much on strength, Rohler is perfect combination of strength and technique . No doubt he's one of the best but he underperforms more often because of his strength based attitude . He can't perform good in Asia just by relying on strength
we could do without the music medal head.

ATL Games medal head? You mean metal head? And no without the music to help the video it wouldn’t get across what the video is about, it’s about throwers thinking they can beat the legend.

Internet is full of electro, dubstep, disco, techno and others "DucDucDucDucDucDuc" styles. So 1 time you heard music with sound and composing quality ;-)
We saw this javelin-germain team in Doha World cup😓🥴🤮🤢.... "successful performance "
