They grew up together and know what's it like to be the younger/youngest child of their fam with responsibilities. @@stuckinreality6547 Actually, recently I've read that Dawson isn't the main character, Joey is and show has this title, because it's referring to Joey using the creek and probably to her connection with Dawson. I didn't know about it, but suddenly when she was the one doing voice-overs about recent events in the show I spotted it.

Yuck they were so toxic. Pacey would always abandon her and pressure her for sex and pacey always played victim. Acting like he is always failing when he could do well but needed sex for it. That's so sick and like Billy madison. So immature..joey and pacey acted like children. And when she thought she was pregnant couldnt even be mature about it.

His love language is acts of service, hers is words of affection. Luckily it seems like they're both able to understand each others' languages! (based on this....I've never actually seen the show!)

Well it’s spot on. Lacey is a pleaser and lightens the mood. Joey takes things serious and is very expressive good or bad. They are both good at support understanding and forgiving it’s a show with really good dialogue and an excellent use of vocabulary

Joey got WAY to much hate for "making Pacey feel insecure" when that was all Pacey's issue. I never felt like she romanticized Dawson while she was with Pacey. And I also felt, as this video proves, that Joey was ALWAYS thinking about her and Pacey being together forever.

Dawson was her childs crush/love... Pacey was her first adult mature relationship. thats why season 5 makes absolutely no sense to me..whole notion of pushing Joey to Dawson was way too forced and felt like its just for the sake of the original intent than natural progression..

@@JaM-R2TR4 Exactly. Coda (season 4 finale) was so disgusting. To the song they played (Joey and Paceys kiss in stolen kisses when Joey kisses him first), to her kissing Dawson. It was completely forced and ridiculous looking. First, she just came off a very serious, very loving, heartbreaking break up. Nobody does that. Second, her and Dawson had zero chemistry... and to come from Pacey and Joey back to that just felt so incestuous. Then to try and carry that romance over to season 5. It fell flat and thats why the writers ditched Dawson because he couldn't hold the show. Then they completely ignored Pacey and Joey... and acted like they were just over it and that was that. And lets be real. That's not something that is even remotely realistic. Even Pacey and Andie got more respect than that. And Joey was "the most amazing relationship" he's ever had. And then Joey telling him over and over that he was her "future". Pacey was her first real love. Kevin even wrote in the finale that Joey tells Pacey that she loved Dawson like a childhood love and she loved Pacey the way a woman loves a man. But he changed it because he felt it seemed to obvious who her choice would be if she said that. And the fact that the show's clear following comes from Pacey and Joey fans... since its what is still talked about today (top tv couples and tv romances of all time)... they really screwed it up at the end. Even with Castaways... the deleted everything that happened from clean and sober to sex and violence by having her choose Eddie over Pacey. I could of dealt with her being scared and telling Pacey, hey I'm scared and not ready, over I don't feel it and Eddie came back. Just for him to turn around next episode and pressure her for sex and embarrass her in front of all those people... then the next episode make her an ultimatum about Paris and then leave her again, with a note. Completely bitter forever about it lol.

Joey did so many thing to make pacey insecure. Her relationship with Pacey was like a guilt for her. When they slept you can cleary see the guilt on her face, She just love to throw her relationship under the bus just not to hurt Dawson for example lying to Dawson about sex or Her constant need to assure Dawson that she is still a virgin or getting upset over Gretchen and Dawson kiss. She brought gift for Dawson but told Pacey that it was for bessi. After the break up not just she kissed dawson(and the way she was crying when Dawson was leaving) she also got back in relationship with Dawson, like WTF. Pacey did one big mistake and it took her 7 year to get over it and other million good things he did for her, didn't mattered to her. For Dawson, She can't be upset for than a week no matter what he does.

She didn't want to her Dawson by telling him about her and Pacey because their relationship was exhaustingly complicated. And Pacey dumped her at PROM in front of the ENTIRE SENIOR CLASS in the most HUMILIATING way ever. He told her that her touching him made his skin crawl, and being with her reminded him he wasn't good enough because she expected more. When that wasn't Joey at all. I don't agree with nothing you have said. It was aggrivating the way she handled her relationships between Dawson and Pacey, but the fact is she wanted to be with Pacey, and in the end she was. She just played the middle and didn't want to hurt either one of them. She wanted to keep her friendship with Dawson, without Pacey being jealous.. and she wanted to do the same with Dawson, but Dawson wanted more than a friendship and she tried walking a thin line around him.

This is the best most amazing couple on tv Pacey and Joey made it through they broke up but got back together and were a end game for a reason they understand each other they support each other sure like every couple there up and down but they made it work there chemistry is so amazing there made for each other I just love them also they bring out the best in each other.

They broke up during season 2 actually, but gossip from back then said they kept hooking up to the point where Chris Klein moved to NC to keep an eye on them. But Katie and Josh still always “spent time together” when their respective partners were out of town. Sounds like they were friends with benefits until the end of filming, which makes sense to me because some of those kisses seemed a little too real.

Now you just gotta do one about Pacey being the best boyfriend this world has ever seen.It will probably be an hour video...😁🥰
