Only three comments - wow! This guy uses to seriously grate on my nerves because I hated the ‘act’ he played of being completely uneducated. I now believe that he is almost completely uneducated but I think there’s a real depth to him that we’ve seen only the surface of and he is yet to explore. The documentary had me shedding tears throughout. It was incredibly raw and the pain was palpable through the screen. What was also incredibly hard was seeing him mum for the first time as a viewer. His mum looked like a very beautiful and glamorous young lady who Joey was probably very proud to have as his mummy. Seeing how amazing she looked left me (as a viewer) shocked as to why she would want to end it all. It’s also really impressive how he candidly talked about the reality of trauma leading to abandonment issues leading to difficult relationships. At least he is honest with himself about that abs doesn’t get into relationships unleashing that pain and anger out on the poor partner in the form of abuse. May he get better and heal.

He’s so beautiful in every way and has matured so much i’ve lost my father and my brother and it’s very hard to deal with it never gets easier I’ll never accept the loss x
