Joey Dunlop at the 1983 Isle of Man TT Races
Спорт
"V Four Victory" is a timeless tribute to the fearless skill of one of the greatest pure road racers of all time, Joey Dunlop OBE. The 1983 Isle of Man TT was Joey's first TT outing and with a camera mounted on his bike here you can follow those highly effective Dunlop racing lines as he averages over 100 mph around the fabled mountain circuit.
It seems almost unbelievable that Joey can sound so calm as he explains how he maintains such a mind boggling pace. We join Joey as he talks us through his favourite section of the course.

perfection rider and bike v4 sounds beautiful long live joey he will never be forgotten .
Rip joey, you were a soldier in one of the most dangerous sports.
The GOAT.
This dude is a monster
I have the original VHS but now no player to play it on.
Great video and nice to see some of the less popular / filmed parts of the course.
I remember watching this in the movie theatre in Douglas during the following year's TT. Made me dizzy just sitting there in one place with me bag of popcorn.
But this wasn't filmed during the TT. This was practice week for the Manx GP. It matters not though. It's a wonderfull memory of a wondefull man.
Fantastic rider Joey Dunlop was on road circuits particularly in the Isle of Man. Such a tragedy another Ulsterman Norman Brown was killed six weeks after 1983 TT at Silverstone in British Grand Prix and deprived everyone of seeing great battles between the two in the following years.
Still the most complete natural rider in road racing for mine.
Im better than him cause i stay on the left side of the road 🤣 crazy stupid rip
