This weight thing is ridiculous. Managers can be overweight because they're in the luxurious position of not having to train every day and be fit enough to be pro athletes. The players do. The manager might smoke cigars too, (without stubbing them out in team-mate's eyes) should that mean he can't tell the players that smoking will affect their endurance on the pitch? Stating the obvious, but, every person that works for a football club has their own job description and required skill set. Not all of them need to be elite athletes.
